He opened the envelope on his desk. Lately, they have been coming increasingly but in the same mysterious fashion where not even his assistant remembered who placed it there. Sighing carefully using a gun shaped letter opener which was his gift from Cutie to open the envelope. He only had to see the handwriting to know his place in the blanks and without a second thought pulled out a match to light the message on fire. He didn't need to read. He already knew the news weeks ago.

Some Fed had shot down a crewman from a rival family who'd gotten too rich for their own personal gain. This caused him to think for a moment before writing a letter of notice to his hired bodyguards. It was rather sad to see how the Feds could cause a war so easily but all he could do was send the grieving Chains family a check for the cost of the funeral and a trust fund for the orphanage where thier kids would find themselves living in.

The rest, He hoped that those up high respected each other as he returned to the work for today. There were shipping orders to be had and money to be made.
