In hopes to increase the amount of players that actually train others BGs in this game I would like to suggest BG training achievements. House choice on quantity of achievements and how exactly they are done.

Some suggestions being just a lazy basic one for just train x BGs, however we could go more specific into train X BGs in Y.

I feel like the exponentially larger payout vs the Felony that uses the same timer is more than enough compensation to be honest. Even Training the lowest Skill pays out more than almost all the Felonies. (If not all of them, I'm not 100% on the final few.)

Of all of the crews I've been in since the introduction of this system, all but 1 I generally see BGs just sitting around waiting for training that no one is doing. I would love to see some statistics on how long on average BGs are waiting before they get trained here. So I would question you HunterZolomon, if the high pay out is apparently not enough to get them trained, what else would you suggest?

That the folks who are putting them up for Trains communicate more effectively with their crew members.

There are 3 members who can massmail a crew letting them know there are BGs up to be trained, and I highly doubt the crew wants a mobmail every time someone puts up BGs for training anyhow. That would just clutter our boxes up in a hurry. At any given moment in the day you will never have a full a crew on. So how would you suggest we communicate more effectively?
