As he was walking down the sun washed Venice Beach, Oblivion couldn't help but notice an abandoned warehouse sitting directly on the edge of Ocean Front Walk. To most people simply passing through, they wouldn't even give it a second look. Paint was peeling, a few windows on the second floor were knocked out, the door looked as though it had taken a significant beating. To Oblivion though, he saw something of beauty. A building with a view so serene, that even the most evil hearted person could be at rest. This is the place he wanted to be. 

As luck would have it, or fate perhaps? A man that could only be the owner was exiting the premises. Oblivion approached the door looking for more information. After being offered a nice sum of cash from Oblivion, the man handed over the keys and the warehouse was his. 

***A period of time later***

Standing before his labor of love, a wholly renovated warehouse with a stormy gray paint covering the exterior, all new tinted windows all around, so that nobody could see in, but the inhabitants could see the serenity surrounding them, and a new reinforced steel door. Oblivion waved at the crowd gathering around the warehouse and began to speak.

Welcome everyone, to the new home of the West Coast Banditos! Our aim here will be to have a home for those that long for serenity, those that want a beach side view, and those that want to learn how to better themselves, while not being afraid to put in the work that will be required. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank BobbyMunson for this opportunity. Thank you. And with that, I've a lot of work to do!

Oblivion raises his arms high and wide as though he were a crane, before raising his left leg high and crashing it down hard, making a resounding crash. He then waves to the crowd, and disappears into the new headquarters.

Cowluh just so happened to be in the neighborhood when he overheard an old friend of his begin speaking. 'This is interesting,' he thought to himself, and decided to sit and listen to the old coot.

When the speech finished, Cowluh stood up on all fours and started mooing his heart out. He was so proud of his little Oblivion.

"Moo!"

Having said enough to make the little cow lightheaded, he started walking away when he spotted BobbyMunson with a pie stand. Instincts kicked in and Cowluh purchased four pies and began throwing them at Oblivion in succession - one of which hit him square in the face!

The look Cowluh got from Oblivion was terrifying. He hopped down onto all fours and began trotting away.

After sending all the telegrams out to everyone notifying them of Oblivion getting his new HQ and where he would be giving his speech Bobby headed to the corner to find Oblivion already starting his speech. He quickly pulled up a few yards away and got out of the vehicle, walking around back he grabbed a table out and set it up and started unloading pies onto the table. As he kept unloading pies he occasional looked up when Oblivion would stutter a word out and try his best not to laugh. 

When he got the table set up Cowluh came up and purchased four pies, after making the exchange he said.

Make sure to aim for that ugly mug of his, don't hold back!

Sometime later after clearing out his wares Bobby went up to Oblivion to congratulate him, first he of course smashed a pie into his face.

Congratulations on the new headquarters brother, I have no doubt you will do great things here in Venice Beach and improve Los Angeles even more.

B was wandering around Venice when he saw a commotion, he take a peek and see Oblivion there then he remembered Bobby said something about Oblivion set up here along with a notice "Do feel free to throw a pie at him during his speech, you can find me there giving them out."  .

B walked to the pie's table then start throwing pie. When a pie hit Oblivion and make him see B.

B shout to Oblivion "Congratulations on the new headquarters brother!"

B thinking to himself "I'll continue throwing until someone come here"

It was quite nice weather in Chicago, but often alessandra would have her moments where she would miss the breeze of Los Angeles. Crashing waves... the shimmering sunlight in the sky that reflected off the sand making it sparkle like a thousand diamonds. She suddenly frowns as she remembers all her friends there. Her fellow associate then interrupts alessandra's daydream as she shakes her head out of reality. She nudged alessandra's elbow. "I heard some great news! I'm pretty sure you had mentioned to me before about BobbyMunson right?" alessandra nodded her head and smiled. "Of course. He was one of the first people I encountered when I arrived to LA for the first time. Wonderful man he is. Ah..." She gets curious and leans in to her fellow associate. The associate shares her excitement and gratefulness with alessandra. "One of his very own just set up in Venice Beach, I heard. Oblivion!" alessandra's jaw dropped and she awkwardly jumped out of her seat cheerfully. How could she forget? She thought highly of him, and always knew that he had an aura which showed he was a strong willed man. He knew how to have a good time too, just one of the many reasons alessandra held a special place in her heart for him.

She informs her boss about the West Coast Banditos soon after hearing about the news, and later heads off for Venice Beach. When she gets dropped off by her driver at Oblivion's HQ, she smiles as she sees Oblivion giving his speech. Right on time. alessandra approached Oblivion afterwards and greeted him. "Oblivion. I am so happy for you and your new family that you have founded. I know you will do more than a great job. The new renovations for this building is awesome. I used to always pass by it, and never thought I would have done much of a great job. You proved me wrong, sir." She leans in for a hug but also sees WaywardB over Oblivions shoulder. 

"Excuse me for a second while I throw some pies." 

Wow! The place really looks fantastic Oblivion. Congratulations! I'm sure you are going to be excellent leader and the civillians of Venice Beach arn't going to know what the hit them!

Shadow, a recent addition to the Anarchy's sons heard all the talks about the new headquarter's establishment and decided to go see things for himself.

He was shocked beyond words and filled with a pleasant surprise as the sight of the West Coast was a beauty to behold!!

He couldn't believe the leader Oblivion was able to achieve such great feat at such a short time.

And was filled with respect to the new CL of Venice Beach.
