Hello, I have a laptop that was given to me, and it is in spanish. I need to change it to English. I went to Regional Options and changed all of that to english, then rebooted.. but everything is still in Spanish. Can someone help me?

As mentioned by myself on IRC yesterday, this is a known problem (links were provided) with Spanish versions of the Windows OS.

In order to convert it to English, you will need a reformat and clean install of Windows on the computer. Or, drop the windows OS and use a free one (while also avoiding future problems with Windows as a result).
