Miriam chewed the top of her pen as she stared down to the street.  Right next to her, an American and Sicilian flag flapping side by side, both hanging off the very railing she was leaning on.  She contemplated the flags, thinking about the banners that she and Mystery had been trying to draw up over the last few days.  Nothing seemed to be right, though.  Her eyes suddenly flickered with an idea.  What if they asked for help? Nothing wrong with that. Someone would have to have a good enough idea.  She made her way quickly into the office behind her, grabbing a cow bell that she kept on her desk (Infamy had a Pavlovian response to stop throwing temper tantrums at the sound of it).  Swinging it forcefully, she called out into the streets.

"Hey everyone!  I'm looking for some good artists out there who can design a good banner for our organization!  It should be...um, mysterious, I suppose.  Heck, do what you can, and we have three prizes for the best submissions: 150k for third prize, 350k for second, and a whopping 500k for first prize!  But be quick: this competition ends on the 22st of April!  So that gives you guys a week to get your submissions into myself or Mystery!"

Miriam smiled down to the small crowd of people gathered around the bottom of the Headquarters, waiting to field any questions or comments.

If you have ever met Rox shes probably the best. She is very humble but i reccomend asking her for anything like that. Ill be sure to let her know as well.

Mystery smiles and puts an arm around his fiancee.

"Hello dear. Thanks for making this announcement. I've been meaning to do it, but I've been a bit busy."

Clearing his throat, Mystery looks up to the crowd and attempts to head off any questions that may arise.

"Yes, you can enter more than once. Yes, you can win more than once! No, I do not have any more specifications than Miriam stated. The first place winner, on top of the 500k, will also be displayed on my suit, and their flag will be used as my crest."

Wahey! Money please.

Mystery walks out to the crowd, black bags sagging under his eyes from lack of sleep. Muttering to himself about cocaine lined casino tables and cheating blackjack dealers, he noticed people giving him strange looks.

"What!? You've never not slept for four days? Any freakin way, the prizes are as follows; first place, VenomTox! Congratulations, your 500k will be sent to you shortly." A bout of polite hand clapping occurred, in which time Mystery took a second to run the previous banners through his head. "Oh. Oh yes. The second place prize, you probably all want to know who wins that one, too. Innn second place, and trust me it was hard to choose! Rox! Congratulations. And now, moving right on to the third place winner, Alfonce! Good job to everyone who entered, your accountants should be receiving your payments here shortly."

Well done to you as well Alfonce, and I was very impressed with Rox's. Thank you Mystery, thanks for the oppurtunity for our mafioso's to show their artist skills and battle it out in the streets! Good job to all participants.

Congrats to VenomTox and Alfonce, this was fun.. I liked all the submissions I am glad I didn't have to be the one picking the winner, tough job!!
