Billie cackled, "That's the idea, Boss!"
Report Post Tip

Jennie held up her hands, "Whoa, whoa, lets not go dying on anyone now, alright folks?" she said before getting a shot glass for Kate and setting it down in front of her. She glanced at the bottle and then frowned. "Yeah, no, I'm going to be drinking something a bit less... burney." she told the people at the bar as she reached down and grabbed the scotch she kept for special occasions. Like when she wanted to get blasted. She also grabbed Kate's favorite Whiskey and set it in front of the woman. "Hey, if you're gonna die, might as well die drinking what you love, right?" she asked her friend with a wink. She put her hands on the bar and leaned forward, "Right, so who's up next?" she asked them.

Billie tapped her chin, "You know, I've been considering taking up drinking Rum. Got any good, Jennie?" She chuckled a little, knowing it was silly. "Let's see, Greg and I have gone. So... I think it's on one of you now. Take a shot, ask a question. Targets are open at the moment, I believe." She winked at Kate.

Kate accepted the shot of whiskey from Jennie.

"Alright, fine. But what happens in Jennie's Corner, stays in Jennie's corner."

Kate thought for a moment. She'd played a variation of this game where people stated things they'd never done- and anyone who had done them needed to drink. This seemed more like... you just ask a question and everybody drinks.

"Okay. Who's the first person you ever killed?"

Jennie took a few steps to the left and found a nice smooth spiced rum for Billie_Faegan and set it down before the woman. "This should do the trick." She told the woman with a drink before turning her attention back to KateLogan and listening to the round's question. "hmm. Well, if I have to be honest, I never learned the guy's name. But it was a case of him or me, and obviously since I'm still sitting here, I won that battle." she said with a wry smile. She shook her head and picked up the bottle, forgoing her glass to drink straight from it. Once she had a few mouthfuls she lowered it and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. "Right, who's next?"

Report Post Tip

Greg looks up from his now empty glass and raises it. "I guess that's me." He states boldly. "Hmm... got any moonshine? Everclear... anything of the sort?" He chuckled and looked around the room anticipating some weird looks from the others as he ordered something so strong. He laughed and waited to see if Jennie had anything for him.

Report Post Tip

She made a face of disgust, "You want to willingly do shots of Everclear?" She asked Greg. "Are you sure? Like, this is just a game, we don't actually want anyone dying tonight." she told him before reaching for a bottle. She set it down and then pointed her finger at the man, "Don't be afraid to tell me you need something else to drink." she told him before looking at the bottle, "Like water." she said under her breath.

She looked at the others who were sitting there and then burst out laughing. "Oh, my god." she said as she wiped tears from her eyes. "I knew putting that on the menu was going to be an excellent idea." she managed to get out between chuckles. She picked up her bottle and took a swig, "Someday I'll let him it was all a joke, but until then, bless his poor scared little heart."

bruised, and a slight bit of dried blood on his face, he stumbled into the bar, swaying as he walked.

Whiskey, more whiskey damnit

though he already reeked of whiskey, he demanded more. he fell into a corner both, hands holding his head. the fight yesterday have done more than bruised his face, the remainder of his ego was crushed as well.

She eyed the man up and then blinked a few times as recognition set in. "Falcon, is that you?" She asked the man sitting there. She got a rag and got it damp before getting another and wrapping some ice cubes in it. She walked over and set them both on the table top. If it had been someone she knew well, like HunterZolomon or even Kate, she'd have started cleaning the blood off their face without even bothering to ask, but she didn't know Falcon that well, unfortunately. "Here, try to clean yourself up a bit. And then get some ice on there. Looks like its going to bruise pretty bad." She told him.

Report Post Tip

Greg simply chuckled when asked if he could handle his everclear and smiled as he opened the bottle and tipped it to his lips. "We used to brew shit as strong as this when I was a kid." He said. "I grew up drinking whiskey like water and eating pot brownies like candy." He chuckled again before noticing the commotion in the corner and going to see what is going on.

"Is he going to be okay?" He asks out loud before looking closer at the man and realizing he's a fellow family member. "Oh my god, what the hell happened to you?"

Report Post Tip

Kate walks over and sits next to @Falcon, placing a bottle of Jennie's finest whiskey in front of him.

"You fought well out there, Falcon. It just didn't go your way- nothing wrong with that. How we react and respond to getting beat down, in my experience, says more about us than the actual beatdown."

Toasting in Falcon's directed, Kate slams back the remainder of her whiskey.

the pithy yellow curved fruit of Caribbean origin walks back into the bar, with not tail to drag between it's legs (cos i'm a fucking banana), his pride however, knocked from the previous exchange.

Jennie screwed up her face and pointed to where the bathrooms were, "Please don't leave anything behind this time, Banana." She said to him.

"Jennie, my darling, i need a drink, a stiff one."

WSS had bailed on drinks at Jen's bar quite a few times now, he was always to busy on his visits the Detroit. With his flight being delayed and a six hour layover, why not, he thought.

The bar nice, very simple, and quiet. A few local faces where sat around the place, some stood at the bar. Drinks flowed and food was being eaten.

"Mines a White Russian please, Jennie"

Report Post Tip

"WHYSOSERIOUS !" Jennie yelled at the man when she finally realized who was placing an order. She ran around the bar and jumped up and down excitedly before throwing her arms around the man. "You made it, you finally made it!" she said to him happily. "Guys, this is WSS. He's lovely. Bit dumb and accidently prone, but lovely overall." She said before winking at the man. "Take a seat, please." She said gesturing at one of the barstools before moving back behind the bar to start making his drink. "We were just playing some sort of game." she told him, "Although I'm not even sure what game or if I was playing it right." she admitted.

Report Post Tip

"Bit dumb and accident prone, just like mother used to call me" he winked back at her. Sitting at the stool, looking around at the others merry making. "Game, what kinda game, I like games" he smiled, that wide, scarred smile. Sipping his drink, spinning on his stool a few times. "You know what Jennie, I never told you how I got these scars, did I? That was a fun game. Maybe one day I will, but not yet." Spinning a few more times on his stool, spilling his drink "Soon, I'll tell you soon"

Report Post Tip

"I think its a game, like I have never? maybe? I'm not clear on what it is we're playing. I just know we're drinking heavily while doing it so I was all 'sign me up!', ya know. As I do." she said with a laugh. Once WhySoSerious started talking about his scars she made a face, "Ya know, I probably don't really want to know." she admitted to him. "Probably a story that will make my stomach turn, eh?" she told him.
