A short announcement to say that shortly FishTheKitty will be setting up a family of her own here in OCD. She has been a wonderful LH and leaves with our full blessing and support so please no shooty-shooty. She likes cookies if you are struggling for gift ideas!

If this is how short they will be can we look at a permanent place for auth announcements like we now have protection ones?

Piero arrives with a package of cookies and catnip for Fish.

"Congrats Ms Kitty, best of luck in your new adventure as CL!" Piero says with joy in his voice.

Piero pets Fish and gives her the package.

No this is honestly a lack in effort and care some like to take pride in the ceremony. No offence Telliurium. 

Actually I like this. This is no bullshit and straight to the point.

There is no one saying "Well my other hard workers just dont cut it and this is the best option I have or am stuck with."

I have massive respect for straight to the point no bullshit.

Fish had been looking forward to this day and found Tell announcing it in the streets.

"I am happy to announce that The Aquarium is up and running! I want to thank Tellurium for authing me and for all the time we spent together. I am looking forward to be working with you and the rest of Philly!"

Fish wanders off again, wondering how many cookies she will be able to buy after this...

Congratulations Fish!! Super thrilled for you and I know that you're going to do an amazing job!

Martin was as usual walking down the busy streets of Philly. This day however was very different from the usual, today a friend and lover from generation to generation received some of the greatest honors possible, to be authed. Fish and her ancestors have always been known as hardworking, kind, lovable, funny, and committed aswell. Fish was meowing while blobbing which usually meant she was utterly satisfied. Martin saw fish standing on a wooden box with a microphone next to her. 

A rather large crowd had gathered to listen, congratulate and show their respect to Fish. Fish moved even closer to the microphone, took a brief dramatic pause while everyone was silently waiting for the well prepared speech by fish herself.

"MEOW" *BLOB* "Thank you".

Everyone started to cheer, jump up and down and clapping, Martin ran straight up to be the first in line to congratulate her.

"I am very proud to see how well you have been doing, you are an inspiration to many, I have no doubts that you will be a great addition to the city of Philly. I will be here to assist you until I end up six feet below, excellent done, congratulations Fish."

Martin figured it was time to get to work, he said his goodbyes and went straight back to the new HQ, a lot of work had to be done, rumors were saying that the Aquarium was leaking, and Fish would not tolerate that, which meant that Martin was put on the job to fix that.

I wouldn't treat it as such. Don Tellurium wanted to come out to the streets and make an announcement on a newly appointed leader in Philly. She did just that. The lack of effort and care does not deter from the fact that she followed typical protocol and authed someone in Philly. Perhaps they are doing their own celebration in the city of Philly. You know an in house celebration at one of their businesses. 

Maybe you should ask them.

Congratulations Don Tellurium on the new appointment. Its great to see other cities control to grow. And congratulations to FishTheKitty. Hearing the wonderful things people have to say about you is very reassuring that you'll do great things.

Angelo wanders over to where the crowd gathers to congratulate the newly appointed CL. Smiling at his friends and family as he shuffles through to the front where he sees FishTheKitty smiling proudly. Listening to others speak their words he pauses a moment before speaking.

"Well, today is a glorious and joyous day! I would like to start by congratulating you, FishTheKitty."

Angelo motions over to his bodyguard Tommy Tucci to bring the tray of cookies and hands it over to FishTheKitty.

"Furthermore, I must say it such a great thing to see the wonderful city of Philadelphia growing! I have the utmost confidence that you, FishTheKitty, will be a fine leader and will inspire those that join you to do their part to better our community!"

Angelo pauses a moment, looking around at the faces on him then continues..

"With that said, the only thing I have left to add is this.. Together we will all make this city an honorable and respected community! The way it should be. TO PHILADELPHIA!!" 

Angelo raises his cigar to his mouth and holds it with his teeth as he begins to clap his hands together. 

Torak makes his way up to the front to say a short word or two, carrying some boxes.

"Well FishTheKitty i'm sad to see you go, but also, I know that you deserve this. You will be a great Crew Leader and lead a wonderful crew into the bright future. Good luck"

Just as i'm walking off I stop and turn round as i remember something

"Sorry almost forgot, these are for you" With that i hand over some box's of cookies "See ya around"

I walk into the room with a huge batch of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, placing them on the table and grabbing FishTheKitty giving her a huge hug. 

"Congratulations, you are going to do amazing here along side Tellurium, I have no doubts."

I never stated that I doubted the leadership or choice. I am merely mentioning that her announcement here in the streets and pretty much the echo of her notice via telegram. My statement was more directed to Dizzi however that we shouldn't shove everything into one corner for a short sweet "Yo im setting up" approach at a designated coffee corner. Literally devalues the situation in my opinion

Lacey applauds and peers through the confetti. She approaches FishTheKitty and Don Tellurium.

"Congratulations to both of you! Tellurium on your continued success and growth of Philly, and FishTheKitty on a new role in the continuing success in your city!"

Fitz had heard the news that a previous fighter from one of his events had set up their own business out in Philadelphia, eager to go and congratulate his fellow leader on this achievement, Fitz headed out to the streets.

Congratulations FishTheKitty, I wish you all the best in your venture and if you lead half as well as you fight then I'm sure your family will do just fine. I hope that the fisting in Philly continues for a long time, I might even bring my rod for a bit of fun myself!

Knowing she is late and running as fast as she can, Francie makes her way to FishTheKitty.  Out of breath, but smiling at her lovely new crew leader, whom she adores.

Fish, you are the most amazing person ever!  I can't wait to begin our journey in this thing of ours!  I know that you have great things planned, and that you will be one of the best leaders we have ever had!  Thank you for taking me along for the ride!

Kisses Fish on both cheeks, and then looks around joyfully, at crowd of well wishers.
