* Richard arrives, exhausted but looking dapper.  Two bodyguards carry his bag as he steps off the boat.  Travel by air is restricted at the moment, a telegram arrived at his hotel telling him he'd have to take the long way home.  Before making his way to Las Vegas to take care of business, he steps into the streets and begins to speak... *

 Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great pleasure that I address you today.  I have set up my new business venture, the Las Vegas Costello Connection.  We will be opening a Bar & Restaurant called Area 51 soon - you are all cordially invited.  My Las Vegas HQ represents something of a landmark event for my bloodline.  Las Vegas has suffered some upheaval recently, been the location of many gunbattles.  Casinos and businesses have shut.  We hope that this will change soon.  We in the LVCF aim to be prominent members of the LV and wider community and welcome all approaches from business and civic leaders who want to conduct business with or within the city.  Las Vegas hopes to replace the gunfire of the recent past with the sounds of cash being generated.

 The LVCF wishes to pay our respects to the Godfathers and Crew Leaders throughout the eight cities but especially Deimne and the NY crews.

 For now, this is all I have to say.  I will be back on the streets soon.

Congratulations to you on your appointment as one of the leaders of Las Vegas. It's good to see someone grabbing the city by the scruff of it's neck and taking an active role in jump starting Sin City to return it back to it's former glory. I'm confident you'll come through the haze of smoke from the recent battles in Las Vegas without much of an issue Mr Kuklinski.
