| Mick, the leader of the Chupacabra smuggling organization, is waiting at a dock in Canada. He hears the sound of a handgun being drawn. "Hello Wraith" says Mick. "Sorry boss" says the man behind him. "Though you were a cop". The man says as he lowers his handgun. Mick turns around and sees Wraith, his best friend, as well as many other mobsters from his organization. "Have you got the supplies", Mick asks. "Yes sir, we have gotten the alcohol, the drugs, the weapons, the ammunition, the gems, and everything else you requested Sir". Says another man. "Good job Reaper, That should sell for a lot back in the states, now you, Wraith, and the rest of the men load it all onto our boat" orders Mick. Suddenly there are bullets flying everywhere. "Damn, the police must have found us, ." Says Mckinnely. He reaches for his sniper rifle, a Mosin-Nagant. His men are unloading clip after clip at their attackers but there's to many police. Suddenly a couple new boats arrive and start unloading men who Mick has never seen before. But these new guys seem to be on his side as they are directing their fire at the cops. Mick notices a man in a suit approaching him, must be the leader of the guys who saved Micks team. "Hey man, thanks for saving our lives, but who are you"? Asks Mick. He waits for a respone. | |

The man stuck a cigarette in his mouth and lit it before shaking his match and tossing it aside. A few of the boys behind him continued firing off a few rounds, making sure the police presence was tucking tail. Others had already begun loading the goods onto their boats. The man puffed on his cigarette a bit before looking up, blue eyes reflecting the lights off the buildings. "Yer close ta Detroit, boyo. Lies just across tha river thar. Don'ae like hearin' thar be operations tryin' ta move so close ta Tha Paragons, an' we nae be a part o' it." He didn't give his name, but The Paragons... People generally knew that name. "I'll take me share o' t'is product an' push it inta tha streets o' Detroit. I suggest yeh take yers an' get out o' here quick. Maybe if yeh make it back ta Detroit, come an' see someone about a share at Paragon Tower. Downtown." The man turned his back to Mick and headed for the boats. As he stepped off the dock, he turned back to face the somewhat confused men in Canada. "I like tha way yeh set up t'is operation, lad. Yeh just had a few kinks, an' I figured yeh might need help o' some bigger guns. Yer a smart one. I implore yeh... Come ta Detroit." He lifted his boot to the dock and shoved off, the boat drifting away from the pier before a few of the bigger guys began paddling silently across the river. He never took his eyes off of Mick until they drifted out of sight, the cigarette's orange glow being the only thing left to see over the dark water before it, too, vanished. |

| Mick. Now a member the the Paragons. Was still in shock. Who new that a shootout with police could lead to him becoming a member of one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, groups in Detroit. He was finely in a group that could keep him safe. Even though the man who had helped Mick escape the police said he did not need payment Mick game him control of the Chupacabra smuggling organization anyway. After all, Mick wanted what was best for his pals Reaper and Wraith, and clearly this man could make great things happen for these men. As a thank you for accepting him, Mick gave the everyone in The Paragons a pair of custom M1911 handguns. Since Mick's past jobs had included being in the Canadian Military, he also taught some of the members of The Paragon techniques to improve their marksmanship. He hoped that all of this would help him gain the trust of the other members. | |
