BCP was wondering around the streets and looking for questions and anwsers to a lot of things. Many things actually, but one thing keept always coming back to him as he sip his cheap booze in a alley way. What defines you? Now BCP ponders many things, but he seriously ponder this, espcailly at this time of night. Now normally, BCP would drink it away and forget about it. But for some reason the next few days, it nagged at him.

Stumbling out of a brothel at god knows the hour it still knawed at him. Thinking back he sighed and yelled....

WHAT FUCKING DEFINES YOU. WHAT DEFINES ME!

Now he relized he sounded a little crazyas CRazyBob the bum jumped and looked at him weird. Relizing how he looked, BCP handed the cheap booze over to CrazyBob with a few bills also and proceeded to think he needed to bring this forward. Hence why he is standing here today. Standing on a old milkcrate, he addresses the masses.

So...What Defines You?

I see I may have gotten some of your attentions. But seriously, whatt defines you on these shores? For your bloodline? What really defines you here?

BCP ponders it a bit and keeps talking.

Is it power?? I mean I can see how it could and would. But is that what you want to defines you? Orr is it you friendly personality? I mean shit, friends are nice,  but does it define you? Is it being all tailored in a bold suit, a nice suit, or because you can wield a cannon? I know I know, to each their own and everyone is different. But what defines you and does it define you? Are you loyal or do you stand against the norm? You fight for your friends or do you fight for your city? Do you save your own ass and fear death just to live, or do you fight to the end knowing only death is your future? Its more a curiousity then anything, but I like to think everyone has a idea of what defines them on these shores. Now everyone does, I know I do. Just curious if you all do?

BCP feels his bottle is almost finished and tips it up and drains it. Looking out into the crowd he asks one final time.

Family above all is the a must. My experience dictates each rank has a duty to fulfill. I happen to be enjoy the money making aspect.

Now I have to agree this is important in any family or way of life like we lead. And I don't disagree. I think family always has its place aand a very big premium is vauled on that. Its always important to my bloodline. My bloodline has always  held a great deal of pride in always being there for their families. So I cannot argue it is important.

But does Family define you? If not, What define you?

I would think Billie means its all on her. How she acts, moves, talks and what happens is what defines her. Its prretty clear cut and to the point. And a point a lot of people can relate to. SO again to the masses....

Jennie wandered onto the streets lugging a large bag stuffed with letters, struggling to pull it. "Don't even lift, bro." she muttered under her breath before jumping as someone's voice boomed around her. "Is...is that you god?" she asked, raising her hand to her now pounding heart. "I'm sorry, I'll lift more?" she asked, confused as to what the hell was actually going on, and then mentally berating herself for swearing in her head. And then again for berating herself. She was a mess, lets be honest. But then the voice boomed again, so she picked up her bag and started dragging it from where she thought she had heard it.

Putting her fists in the small of her back she stretched backwards, groaning slightly before nodding her head at the man who was so keen to learn about her. "Mails. Mails define me." she told him. "I'm sure there's more to me than that, but these days I feel like its all I have to offer." she added with a wry grin. "I suppose KateLogan would disagree, but shes not here." she told him before looking around to make sure her boss wasn't sneaking up on her.

What defines me? I stand firm on making the money to aid in supporting my family. That defines being a loyal hard working individual. But the list does go beyond making money. I would have to say it surely is not my past that defines me. I am imperfect. I learn and gain from any mistake I make. Those dear to my heart define me. I am my family and best friends' confidant. I possess great tenacity. I find happiness in the simplest things in life.

BCP are you drunk, well that was a very silly question of me, of course you're. Thats why we love you so, we can get you to do all sorts in your inebriated state. Anyway, i can define myself with one simple phrase;

I SCOUSE, THEREFORE I AM

Everything i do is Scouse, in my HQ we eat and we breath Scouse.  We have a House of Scouse. What more does anyone else need? No more if you ask this Scouser. I do have to note though, i am certainly the only Scouser that is worth anything in Las Vegas. OOOHHH, also KennyOmega is not a Scouser nor will he ever be one. Well I have a little saying about people being 'fine' when asked how they are doing...I define myself as aspiring to never be fine: Fucked up, Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional - all these make for poor judgement calls and behaviour in this world of ours (I would of loved to have found a word that included paranoid too but couldn't reach one!).

I would honestly say that hand on heart what defines me is what I see and hear from the crew here at EE... I am a firm believer in respect being earnt and not automatically given, we have an open dialogue here - respectfully so and I feel delighted to have created that kind of environment here. I think insecurity dictates a CL that holds very tight reins, personalities and strengths that might blossom if allowed to in a contained and controlled environment. My guys know the rules and they stick to them, they know there will be consequences if they don't. I also abide by my own 'rules' here too: I sent a MM in a haste following some info being received to the crew a few weeks ago which after further investigation turned out not to be warrented - out rules are you fuck up you fess up. So I sent out an apology and an allowance that for that day any jokes / general berating on that topic in c chat only was fine...all embraced the offer and I am pleased to also say that the following day normal business resumed.

I am rambling a little in summary: I am defined by my crew, their motivation, keenness to progress & general enthusiasm and loyality to family, the way they communicate. I am defined by leading by example, I am defined by setting clear expectations and consequences, I am defined by trying to never respond to situations or communications with a 'FINE' attitude, I am defined by keeping an open mind and listening to people and also by making the tough choices too if what they communicate is not plausible or possible and communicating that in a way that keeps people happy to keep suggesting things and does not affect moral. I am defined by a work hard play hard attitude to this world of ours.

I am also defined by being secure enough to know that whilst I may not get it right all of the time - if I don't I am able to admit it and more importantly learn from it...

My hatred for BCP and PoisonousJelly defines me. Nothing defines a person better than the their motivations in life, and I will have both of your heads one day! help you get to where you belong in life.
