It was early morning when the knocking came on the office door. A man being escorted by @Buzz_Sawyer could be seen through the blinds. Finishing up a phone conversation with @PaleRider, Deces waves the two of them in. Upon entering a few whispers were given and  the man placed a black folder and two sets of keys on the desk before walking out. As Buzz and Deces spoke, they looked through the blinds at everyone inside the headquarters who faded into memories. They remembered so many friends who became family and how change once again was coming. After all the business that took place in the prior weeks they both smiled knowing every decision made was worth it in the end. Deces bestie is seen approaching the office with a bottle of wine and three glasses in hand. 

It's time to celebrate Godmother.

Deces grins with a tad chuckle as the three of them exit the office.

BrotherHec approaches Godmother Deces on her reach to becoming lead of the city. 

My very good friend. I am so proud to see you have achieved such glorious heights. I hope the absolute best four your run as Godmother and look to help you produce the best version of New York this world has ever seen. I am say that The Regime as a whole is absolutely thrilled to be here standing before you watching you attain this rank. 

BrotherHec looks down at the floor then back up again. 

With that in mind my dear sister please help me celebrate your day by enjoying the many competitions offered in your name! New York is yours!

Basic just heard a good news so she decides to comes to deces's place..  She is Bringing a bottle of wine as a gift... She is so happy, because she knows now Deces become GM.. Near to deces's place Basic is seeing so many friends is coming to office and she is seeing, Pale is getting on the bus with some others family's member .

" Oh where will they go? holiday without me ?" think basic. 

She runs to Deces " Hello GODMOTHER congratulation that is sweet fruit from ur hardwork " says basic  super happy and gives a bottle wine to her boss lady. 

" where pale's and others go?" ask basic

Basic feels a bit sad because she just knows that Pale and other should move to another place.. 

"well  life must go on,, but why they move without saying something? oh or maybe i missed the thing " says basic to deces gives her smile. 

"Congratulation Godmother,, and we gonna miss you pale and others familly " says basic deep in her heart. 

Johnny cracks one eye open hearing the commotion.  "Damn thugs at it again, piss and vinegar I tell you..."

As the commotion continues on Johnny thinks to himself that maybe it's something more than a band of thugs...  He opens the other eye, rolls out of bed and gets ready for the day.  A couple of minutes later Johnny walks out of the door to see all the people crowding Deces's HQ and decides to let himself in.  He overhears people speaking of the new Godmother, and then it clicks...

"Deces is Godmother?! Deces, congratulations!!  This has been a long time coming and I would like to say that it has been an honor to watch you regrow into your new position.  I hope we can serve you well."

Johnny cracks open a fresh bottle and takes a swig. "To Deces!  Cheers!"

When he heard the news, Roland had immediately secured travel to New York from Detroit. Making his way to the headquarters of Deces, Roland is very upbeat.

After being checked and verified by Deces' bodyguards, Roland enters the headquarters and approaches the new Godfather, presenting a small box as a gift. The box is crafted from rosewood, and inlaid with silver designs. Inside the box is a custom made revolvers that Roland has collected from his travels. 

"Deces, I am personally very proud to see you in this esteemed position -- you have earned it. We've worked together in the past, both having come up under Godfather Nakamura, and I take great pleasure in being able to call you my friend. I am eagerly awaiting the positive change you will bring to New York."

With a slight downward nod of his head, a gesture of respect, Roland steps back and turns towards the door. Before heading back to Detroit, he had some business to take care of over in the Bronx. 

MasterYoda makes his way up to the new Godmother. Clack! Clank Clank! You can hear his cane hitting the concrete as he approaches.

MasterYoda bows and removes a saber he had made for this special occasion. (It took three months of smithing to forge. The silver saber, as MasterYoda calls it, is a hand made katanna with a blue and black 12 inch handle)

He raises the blade above his head after bowing and presents the well deserve Godmother with this token of her accomplishments.

"Long and fruitful as Godmother, may your time be. No one better for this position, i could not think of"

When Kendrick received the news of Deces taking the reigns in New York, he was more than joyous of the idea having become reality. Joining the rest of his brother's and sisters, he made his way up to thew Godmother with a wide smile. 

Bowing deeply, K-dot hid his gift behind himself before presenting a medium sized care package. "I thought long and hard, but figured a small array was the best way to congratulate. Some prized possessions of mine. A small collection of my favorite Louis Armstrong Singles, a few of mine, and three bottles of Clix. I was saving them for a special occasion but now could not be a more special day."

Joining other in cheers, he too raised a glass, addressing friends and family. "To our beloved Godmother, always kind, always fair and always wise, no matter how filtered the wisdom might be in wine." He joked. "I have more than utmost faith that with her, New York shall far pass growing and prospering. It shall be a new age, and a fine one at that!"

Stewie came in running late as usual.
After catching a breath and standing straight, he took a glass of bubbles and celebrated along.

I truly am honored to be a member of this great city.
Not only because I'm in a great family, but I have the pleasure to know you.

You're the one and only that deserves this not-unexpected promotion.

Bryan took off as soon he heard about the news.

He arrives at Deces's HQ to see a lot of people already there.

As he approaches to greet and congratulate the new Godmother,

Congratulation Godmother Deces. We will do our best to serve you.

Lacey appears on the streets feeling ever so warm from the day's events and the recent re-assignment of Deces as Godmother.

Deces, we spoke many a time about this wonderful day, and now it's finally here. Congratulations to you for your achievements and a further congratulations on your appointment as Chair-woman.

Mara was very excited when she heard Deces was going forward with her plans to overtake the GodFather of New York.  She had no doubts that Deces would be successful in her endeavor, so she went to a local winery knowing there was no better way to congratulate her new GodMother than with bottles of the best wine.  By the time she arrives at the previous GodFather's HQ she finds Deces successful, and that the celebrations had already begun.  

She awaits her turn, and takes Deces' hand.  "Congratulations on the well earned victory.  I know how much time and effort you put into planning for this day.  I took it upon myself, to bring you  several bottles of the finest wine money can buy to help celebrate the occasion."

MaraSov leaves the wine, and goes to join her fellow New Yorkers in celebrating the day.

MikhailKomarov was happy to see the many cities around the country once again flourish. Its been quite some time since the country was filled with figured heads and organizations. He loved being able to witness it.

"Congrats Godmother Deces."

He extends his hand to her.

"Its really an accomplishment to do it once, but to be in your shoes and do it twice, its really quite remarkable. Congratulations to New York, and good luck on rebuilding the Big Apple. This is definitely the first move doing so."

Mikhail passed her an envelop before he left.

MissNiki- had been quite remiss in not getting here sooner, but to be fair, she had been sick from celebrating GodMother Deces Promotion. No matter, she was here now, with a case of the finest wine she could find. "Congratulations GodMother!!! I can't think of anyone more deserving of such a prestigious position" She raised her glass in toast, knowing, she was probably going to be sick again from the celebrations. 

Nat_Cole had been preparing for his next set when he heard the news rumble through the dashing and slightly tipsy crowd. "Madame Godmother, this next one is for you.." The words rolled deeply off of Nat's tongue. With that he adjusted his tie, grabbed the microphone, nodded to the band and began a serenade like only he could. "Here's to the Godmother!" a voice rang out with the first note and in a flurry of clinks and clanks the crowd congratulated Godmother Deces, and with a wink of his eye while keeping perfect pitch, Nat in his own way, did the same.

Veronia Being late to the celebrations walked up and smiled to the newly appointed GodMother Chairman of New York and happily bowed and  cheered:

"Good Morning GodMother Deces! Congratulations on your work back up to the top! Im glad that you are doing well and hope to see many of a great things out of New York! You are an awesome Mafiosi and i hope everything is successful for you!  Please stop by and give us an Concert anytime you feel like showing off your wild side if you're ever able to visit Chicago! I must sadly be getting on my way! Its been a pleasure to get to talk to you again!"

Veronia double kisses the godmother's cheeks and lightly hugs her and bows on her way out.  "Blessed be, GodMother Deces! Till we meet again!"
