In sensible kitten heels and a deep purple lip stick today she cleared her throat and winked at some of the handsome bystanders and quietly praised her multi tasking skills...

All it is with great pleasure that I come to say that we no longer are enjoying the quiet streets in BV here, the tumble weed and rumours of haunted empty houses has some of our young ones afraid to walk there especially at night so to give this lovely district of ours the life and love it deserves our very lovely Razor_Blade_Mario will shortly be moving there and calling it home.

He goes with our full blessing and support, he has been a truly wonderful family members and has assisted and coached many of our young ones and now is his time to shine and run his own ship. We wish you all the very best Razor and expect a party invite very soon please!

She hands Razor the keys to a run down warehouse and whispers:

It needs a little work doing to it but I know you are more than capable with a hammer and some paint hun... 

Mikhail witnessed Don Tellurium giving Razor a set of keys. He continued to listen to the new appointment. He was happy to continue to see the country grow. 

"Congratulations Razor_Blade_Mario and congrats to the city of Brotherly Love. Its really something to see the city flourish once more. Good luck comrade!"

"Painting isn't exactly my forte but then I do think we will do great at fixing up Bella Vista."

Ruth looks at her freshly painted nails with disdain knowing she is going to have to get them dirty.

"At least this time I am wearing some sensible shoes."

Ruth looks at the limo before looking back to @Tellirium 

"Still though mr boss man Thank you for the opportunity as well as to you @Tellirium I am sure Razor_Blade_Mario, Vincent_Costello, and I will do you and the rest of Philly proud"

Ruth follows Razor_Blade_Mario into the limousine feeling excited about helping philly and her dear friend bring glory and money to Bella Vista.

Fish went into the streets, well knowing what was going to happen today. Her former right hand was going to set up, and she wished to congratulate him.

"Congrats on your auth! I am sure you will do great things over there in Bella Vista - thanks for all the help!"

Fish went back to the city, well knowing that there was going to be a lot of partying... and hopefully cookies as well...

Torak stand's besides his Boss as she presents the Keys and gives Razor_Blade_Mario the authority to set up a crew in the Philadelphia district of Bella Vista.

As he listens to his speech he can see the pride and happiness upon Razor_Blade_Mario's face as he accepts these honours from Don Tellurium. Torak waits patiently beside Tellurium as the Razor's new Hands present themselves to the assembled Mafioso here before stepping up to say a few words.

"Congratulations Razor_Blade_Mario at becoming head of 'THE VOLTURI' you will be a great leader and will return Bella Vista to its former glory. You have been a great friend here with us and you have shown amazing aptitude for the tasks ahead. I would also like to congratulate Ruth and Vincent_Costello in there promotions to Hands, I wish you the best of luck in your ventures"

"Finally I would like to offer you some assistance for your HQ, I saw the state of it before you were giving the keys and well I think you could do with all the help possible in re-decorating"

With that Torak takes of his thick coat to reveal his pure white painting overalls and a couple of paintbrushes.
