For this event, you can PP any officer in the game. The extra city is just a little side benefit for all the events as a whole. |

You there is no limit of OCs and Drug perk ones you can get. The one that does a stat boost is awarded to just one player though. |

The amount online was increased slightly for this event, but there is some strategies based upon population of cities which may get you a little more success in finding them quicker. |
