The suggestions forum is where civilized users can work together to craft an idea and polish it with the goal of getting it to the point where its good enough to get coded in. This forum is one place that anyone should be able to post without fear of insensitive pricks, or their opinion getting them bashed.

When the users stray from this and use it as a place to tear down other users or to derive enjoyment from tormenting other users, its ceases to function as intended.

From this point on, there is a line drawn.  Cross it, your character will be jailed. (or if more severe, killed/banned)  If jailing doesn't give you the necessary time out to act more civilized, further action will happen until you can collect your thoughts and rejoin us as a productive member of the game. 

In this forum, shoot down the ideas, not the person.
