And what do I see?  A lot of faces looking back at me.

Some of them I recognise.

Some of them not.

Some of them are talented.

But not a lot.

Look, there's Jono, doing his thing.  And Kurgan.  A good guy.  I wonder where Benny is?  I'm sure he'll be here somewhere.

So, what do I want to happen?  I want the old-time bloodlines to gather together and take on the Johnny-come-latelys.

Now, how can this possibly happen?  Arguably it can't, this thing is too intertwined, old and young inhabit the same spaces, work together and, ultimately, power, now age, is what counts.

But maybe we should try it?

To the leaders of this thing, what do you have to lose?  Organise differently.
