Underworld sources have confirmed that tens of millions of dollars have been offered to assassinate the powerful alleged mob boss Tellurium.

Equally, tens of millions have been paid to prevent this killing being carried out.

Tellurium is keeping quiet... he hasn't said a word on the Streets about the would be assailant. But rumors do abound.

But it must be asked. Does the person placing the hits actually want it to happen? Or is there an economic war being fought?

"I thought Tellurium was a lady?" she asked, "Because if not, that is one brave man who teeters around on heels all day long to and fro."

"There is nothing wrong with wearing women clothing Samantha, even for a man. I've... I've... Known a few people to actually do it well enough that no one ever knew."

Artus pauses for a moment to try and calm himself down.

"I must be going now. I have... Things to do."

Samantha blinked a few times as Artus literally sashayed away. "Now there goes a man who would look fantastic in a pair of heels." she told Sooty2 .

Fish walks into the streets to hear someone speak of her prior crewleader... wait, did he say that she was a male?

"I have known 'him' for so long I actually believed Tellurium was a she. Oh well, what a wonderful world we live in... everyone gets to wear high heels and dresses nowadays..."

She walks off again while all of her theories about Tell being a girl vanishes...

Martin was as usual half-drunk as it was already 1 PM, which meant it was time to take a walk into the city and order his favorite scotch.

In the middle of one of the main streets, a small crowd had gathered to discuss a very important matter. As Martin approached, he couldn't help himself but smirk at the sight of Artus sneaking away while hiding his crotch.

Seconds after he spotted his favorite fish, cat.. Fishy cat? Or kitten-like fish. She unfortunately looked unbelievably sad which made Martin walk over and comfort her, as he overheard the conversation and said.

"Listen here Fish, even though the legends, the haters, the blamers and even the filthiest of thieves claim Tellurium to be a man. That is not a bad thing at all. They are merely sheep among the wise ones. In the end it benefits us, it works as a repellent. Come on Fish, le-le- *HICK* lets go home".

On their way home Martin let out multiple farts, showing his true dominance.

Before speaking she unbuttons a couple of buttons on her blouse to reveal just a hint of cleavage, re-applies her lipstick and undoes her jacket to show off all her curves in all the right places...

Well now...an interesting topic indeed, but then I would say that wouldn't I?

For those hoping I will come here to name names you will be disappointed I am afraid, it is not the way we do things in Philly. I will say this - I believe and was raised to understand that it is a mark of a person how they deal with adversity and maybe even death. Some hold their dignity, dust themselves off and continue perhaps having learnt a valuable lesson along the way - others choose a different path of bitterness, anger and a desire to aim all of that in the direction of someone. I was raised by the former and hold much respect for all others that do likewise.

This bitterness and anger can and sometimes sadly does pass down generations - essentially people living a life in the shadow of perhaps a parent who has fallen or an action they disagree with. To me this is not living a life just existing in the memory of an old one. My mother would turn in her grave if I had grown up to avenge her or mourn her all day everyday, she would want me to be the best I can be as me...not her shadow.

You don't get to come to a city with just you and one other and build from the ground up and grow a city in the way we have without making some difficult choices to keep the people of Philly safe, that's my job...some won't like it - such is the way of this word. The repeated hit listing has actually achieved the exact opposite of what I think it hoped it would - Philly has never been tighter or more united, what is clear is that the people here love what we have and will do anything to protect it. Situations like this do by their nature mean that conversations occur in the wider community and once again the connections made and chats that were had have been a wonderful compliment to what we already know and hold dear here in Philly.

To answer the question finally yes this is entirely an economic war, whilst I understand it falls within the parameters of this world of ours in my personal opinion it is a sad way to conduct business and not one to be proud of. To hope that a person who has worked hard to build up a city and its people is taken at the only gun they could hope that someone will pull a trigger from the gutters of Deleware City is sad...

We will always have salty people and then we will have the salty people who are unable to let it go and make it very personal and we will always have people who will fund those salty people. I choose to conduct myself with a little more decorum.

This is an economic war without a doubt and who knows what the outcome will be - whichever way this goes I would like to suggest that the moral war can only be won by one side here...

It's a good point to be brought  up.. I don't surmise  any of us in this world can really know for sure. (except for the originator of the hit)

I think it's a little bit of both, quite frankly.. It's a public way of taking a person out, while adding a psychological aspect to the murder; while

adding an economic attribute that is, to say the least, very high - adding to the boiling drama of the whole situation. I do hope it is resolved in a

peaceful way.. Unfortunately, in this world of ours, darkness may loom and hover silently around us; But hey - that's just the way the cookie

crumbles folks.

Mastermind slowly walks away.. thinking with deep thought.. brainstorming.. learning.. calculating..   -Disappearing into the crowd of our society.
