Don Bonkers dragged on a cigar in his office, it was the only place he could find any peace and quiet these days. Sure, he loved the craziness, but the HQ was now bursting with some serious headcases - for example just that morning he'd watched @Teo try to hump a camel - and no one needs to see that. And then there was that @Reggie guy, seemed to spend his life taking cars apart and putting them back together with hidden contraband tucked away inside, the exhaust fumes certainly gave the stuff a kick - but at this rate Bonkers would be blind within a couple of weeks.

Enough was enough, time to make some space and move a few off these guys up the road. Bonkers put on his boldest suit and headed out of the HQ and into the streets, flanked by his most trusted advisors.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

When I came to take up residency in the North Side of Chicago I called on many faces new and old to support my business activities. One face from the old country was @Reggie. Since joining my ranks he has proved himself to be an able businessman and a hard worker and so I have every confidence that offering him his own business to run in my district will be a wise use of my capital.

@Reggie, please step forth and introduce your operation.

@Reggie steps forward donning a brand new suit, he kisses Don @Bonkers on both cheeks and starts to adress the crowd..

It had been a while since I walked the streets in this thing of ours, I got the call from @Borkers telling me to get my ass to 
Chicago. I thought I was out but they just pulled me back in, I pulled up outside HQ and saw some old friends expecting to be involved in
a specialist job or two. Little did I know I'd find a new home, an honorable home and family, a family I'd give my life for..the 
people i'd give my life for. Furthermore, it is with my up most respect to introduce The Instigators, an old firm that used to walk the streets back when and now we are proud to return as an  honorary extension of The Crazy House based in the north side of Chicago, Brothers in arms!

@Reggie drops to one knee and  pulls out a brand new M1 Thompson, straight off the back of a freshly boosted lorry and hands it to @Bonkers

You have The Instigators Loyalty always.
 

Teo was standing among the crowd, watching Reggie as he swaggered along the way to Bonkers in his fancy new suit. Teo smiled as Reggie build out the riffle and handed it to Bonkers, he clapped with the crowd and walked to his friend to congratulate him.

Congratulations my friend, I am sure you'll do great to help expand the business here in North Side.

Teo kisses Reggie on both cheeks then reaches into his coat and takes out a box, he opens the box and hands Reggie his gift, a Rolex Oyster framed with diamonds.

I wish you the best of luck Reggie, I hope you like this little gift, I had to stop gambling for five days to buy it for you.

Utopia, having been stood behind Bonkers, left the huddle of the crowd to stand next to Reggie.

Reggie, this might be the first time our bloodlines have worked together, but I have been struck by your willingness to follow in the footsteps of your ancestors from the old country. 

Far too often, capable mafioso are overlooked for opportunities such as these if their bloodline is new to these shores, but I am delighted that on this occasion, Bonkers has been able to repay your hard work and loyalty.

I look forward to helping you build on what we have achieved in North Side Chicago already, and am sure you'll be up to the job. 

Hearing the news coming out of the North Side, Erica knew she had to go up there and congratulate the newest Crew Leader in Chicago. Before heading up there though she needed to raid Kurgan's liquor stash. What a better way to show respect then to bring one of the Godfather Chairmen own personal bottle of whiskey. She knew exactly where he kept the good stuff. She went downstairs to the storage closet, pushed aside his old armor suits and came across the box labeled "Junk". It was his way of trying to hide it but it so didn't work. 

She picked out the perfect bottle, closed up the box and moved the suits back where they were. Promptly she made her way up to the North Side and in no time was outside Reggie's HQ. She let herself in, and spotted Reggie down the hall chatting and laughing with a couple people. Making her way over to the group and right to Reggie with bottle in hand.

"Pardon the interruption, I know you are busy but I wanted to come up here and congratulate you on expanding our great city."

She handed him the bottle of whiskey.

"This is from Kurgan's personal stash so enjoy it and once again congrats."

Slightly drunk Borkers stumbles towards Reggie to offer his gratulations.

Reggie, my dear friend. I was thrilled about pulling you out of retirement and into our family. However it's nothing compared to how thrilled I am to see you leave, erm, get your own headquartes.

Borkers caughes and mumbles.

You've worked hard to get here old friend, and I'm confident you'll do an excellent job in securing future growth and success in NORTH Side.
