Ok i will make this short as Chicago has to go about threatening the rest of the cities into submission. I personally couldnt give a rats about what Philly did in Philly even them being dumbasses and hitlisting themselves all it did was make them look stupid in the eyes of everyone else. Now i do take offence to the head of Philly Tell accusing people within my city of hitlisting her without offering up a shred of proof to back up these claims. Also you want to talk about my city you talk to me about my city hearing things second hand annoys me. The Final straw that broke the camels back came when i was having a chat with a dear friend of mine a brother of mine who suspected something was up and like family offered any help if it was needed. My brother told me of a rumour a rumour i had heard before but didnt know where it came from a rumour that if believed put everyone who lived in Chicago at risk. What rumour i hear you ask? The rumour was Chicago was planning to take out Vegas when this was laughed off as it should be Tell back peddeled over the rumour this could have been the end of it but my brother my family thought about it to him it was Philly looking for an ally an ally that could end Chicago. This i could not let slide nor should i let a minnow grow into shark that wanted to end my city. Tell i knew didnt trust my city or me nor really wanted much to do with me i couldnt care less about that but you dont accuse my members without proof to back it up you dont go looking for ally's to kill us and not expect us to retaliate. Philly could have sat there looking like that embarrassing family member you get at parties for eternity for all i cared and they probably would have unless another city decided to end them. Now i have to go and be lame with my lame city its not easy being this lame you really have to work at it. |

She limps over to Kurgan to help him back to his headquarters and smiles. Yardsticks aren't just for beating your ass... They work great as a cane. She takes a playful swat at the old man's behind for old time's sake before turning around with a special message to the haters... Lame and proud of it thanks! At least I can admit it. Leaning on her infamous yardstick for support she helps Kurgan home. |

As the sun was setting over the mountains in the distance Striphe was looking over the city from the rooftop of Gotti Tower which had one of his many swimming pools and casinos. The air was breezy as he took a deep breath as he watched the sun gradually set and the sky become dark. He had lost three soldiers from the family and no matter how many they killed he could only see the faces of his family members he lost. You could see a fire burning in the distance...the smoke billowing high into the atmosphere as a city burned a few states away He had been personally involved in some aspects of all of this so he had been pondering the whole thing all day running it through his mind. He shook his head as his eyes adjusted to a few headlights approaching from the north. He looked down at the street below as he saw a couple limos pull up to his building as he unwrapped a finely wrapped cigar and threw the wrapper off the building watching as it floated off into the distance. He walked over and grabbed a bottle of his finest liquor from overseas..he unwrapped the 24 karat gold wrapper. He nodded his head and poured out some liquor over the side of the building out of respect for the fallen from both sides before he took a drink and finished the bottle before leaving the rooftop to head to the casino |

Disorder listened to Kurgan's speech and smiled. He walked over to his departing friend and shook his hand. "Thank-you my friend. I appreciate you as a Godfather, coming out with this frank explanation of events. Seeing as our city was not involved in this, its nice to hear it from you directly and in public. I'm also pleased that we have a collection of balanced heads in our respective cities. Intelligent people capable of making the right decisions and working collectively toward goals that benefit us all. I thank you and the rest of Chicago for making the right call and looking out for us all." After giving a respectful nod to the Godfather as any mobster should, he stepped back into the crowd. |

Walking over the Godfather Kurgan, Meyer, offers his hand to the Don, tipping his hat as he does. Godfather, my recently deceased older brother, to whom I have come to these shores to lay to rest, worked in Philadelphia. Now, I do not know the ins and outs of his business, but he told me, on numerous occasions, the leader at the top of the "shit heap" as he put it, was, while trying there hardest to maintain a credible functioning city, it was filled with incompetent leaders and bad decisions. He told me, not long before his death, he was waiting for the hitters to arrive. I don't mean any disrespect to the recently deceased, but he would have licked his opinions known. |

Kurgan thank you for taking the time to address us all in why you acted the way you did. As much as i rooted for Tellurium to have a flourishing city in Philadelphia her approach, from what you have shared, did seem rather unpleasant and one that required action. As i had friends on both sides of the war it was a bit tough for someone like me to watch so many organized gentleman and ladies fading away throughout the day. BrotherHec runs his fingers through his hair and moves it over to the side. He waits as cameras take pictures of his simply sexy ass. In this line of work, you always have to do whats best for you and your city. A leader has to make decisions. Sometimes they aren't always well received but this time i am not sure anyone could really argue with what occurred. Again, my condolences to Philadelphia and Chicago for their loss on their former members. |

Franky made his way through the crowd and nodded respectfully to Godfather Kurgen as well as his own Don BrotherHec.
"When bloody business is required it is always human nature that many will wonder at the cause. I appreciate that you have stepped forward Godfather to enlighten us when you could have just as easily let people draw their own conclusions and moved about yoru business. To do so would have been well within your right but may well have also led to unfounded rumors and festering anger." "I am a firm believe that sunlight is the best antiseptic and I believe that by airing this out here you have - hopefully - avoided further issues down the road." Franky then turned to the young man nearby who had briefly spoken just before him. "Game? You describe the destruction of a city and the loss of men and women on both sides as a game? I know that what we do requires us to be callous at times and I would never hesitate to pull the trigger on an enemy if needed, but never would I consider it a game, people did lose their lives after all." Scanning the crowd Franky tried to make eye contact with those he recognized as kin or friends of those who fell in the battle between Philly and Chicago. "To all those who lost friends and family, my deepest condolences. May they find peace in death that they never knew in this life." |

Standing in the far hearing many whispers from a crowd of bystanders. Clearing her throat she walks through a opening of people and begins to speak.
I foremost want to start off by handing out condolences to the fallen of Chicago and Philadelphia. Seeing a city being torn to the ground is never done with ease and such move takes much thought. Such action to protect ones city takes even less thought, but that is the choice one must make. At the end of the day who life is more important if its only a game? Mastermind, i will agree with you in when a threat is made the action to move or wait can be the deciding factor. Calling this world we live in a game, well its much more. Over my years i have been here and relationships that i have seen built. Friendships made for a lifetime in a place we dare try to escape. I would call this world more of a family reunion with siblings and counsins i never knew i had. That's just my opinion though.
Looking to the crowd realizing her words are getting off topic she continues her speech.
Hearing that a speech was made for the reasoning behind the removal of Philadelphia, well it may clear some curious minds. Knowing that Godfather Kurgan took the time to share a few words when he did not have to, well i respect him for that even more. Heres the thing and this is only my opinion of course, is Kurgan speech enough for the listeners? Is anyone speech ever enough when bloodshed occurs? Over my time here i have seen speeches and i have seen cities wiped with no words ever mentioned. One thing i noticed from both scenarious is people will form their reasoning behind an event even if their beliefs of it is bias. Not all questions will get answered, but not all answers will even be questioned. All that can be done after such move is to rebuild what had become and strengthen the core of our community.
Fades off to the distance as the whispers continue |

Someone would probably say of things happening in the recent past of our country it's a Regime building. But I don't think it is. If Some journalist would speak to more than one person having been a Godfather for more than a few days before in an interview, the question he would pose, in my mind at least, would be, is: "What was the most difficult thing to swallow during your career?". And imaginary you, as a good journalist, would get a common response: "Without doubt the rumors flowing around". So I guess what happened to DT and PH is related to those fears and stress any good Godfather would have. I understand it as a message sent to anyone: "Don't have the kind of sex you can't afford, or you'll pay the price sooner than later". May the earth be light to all those souls that have left it's surface during that war. |

arrivederci sits at the bar waiting for a very important envelope. Patience is no longer one of her best assets these days. But she will wait for this caller. She informs the bar keep she will return. Stepping out into the cold air she decides a walk will do some good. She begins reflecting on the latest events and announcements and it suddenly hits her she has a few more questions.
Why is it comments like dumb asses and stupidity more often then not are the rationale behind the destruction of decent Mafioso? How is it Don Tellurium could be accused of being ineffective when in fact she took on new Mafioso to teach and guide? A job we would not see by the condescension and elitism had no time for. Could it be she was set up with supposed new mafioso by their killers? Recent news on these streets informs all of a hit on Tellurium. What I find disturbing is a GF would not take the time to speak to a respectable Don before building guns on a small quiet District. A district that could not take out CH. But Ch knew they could take out PH. If an accusation was presented that PH was coming after Ch was it hear say too? And if it was not hear say and GF Kurgan has documented proof, where is that proof? What documentation do you have PH was looking for Allies to back them up since you are alliances with most of the Districts? |

I am on some kind of pills the recipe I keep in my kitchen as a secret for anyone, Godfather Kurgan. I never insinuated who did wipe out which city. Just what a good past present or future GF would do to send an understandable message. I just said it may have been for same reasons. And if not knowing some things makes me an idiot, I feel better that way. |

She stands beside her boss and friend shaking her head in arrivederci's general direction and whispers in Kurgan's ear... Don't feed the trolls, my dear. It's not worth it in the end. Especially ones like this Butthurt Betty. Come, let's go visit the orphans and read stories. She winks at Kurgan and starts to lead him away from the latest incoherent babblers to hit the Streets. |

Thank you for informing the masses about what took place. That is something of a privilege, and not something you had to do GF Kurgan. I hope we see more of thing type of explaining in the future. I for one would rather know the motivations behind such things, than to be left in the dark. Smiles politely and continues about his daily activities. |
