Under Actions -> Jail begin trying to break people out of jail for fast experience points.

Under Profit -> Petty Crime (If Available - After you have joined a crew/family). Start off doing the crime on the bottom. Do it 25 times and move on to the next crime 25 times until you get to the last crime. This will grant you Achievements with this method.
