The lowly stock broker gazed upward from his compiled reports of the many types of market listings. The one before him was a lucrative penny stock that had busted simply because another competitor had refused to act on economics rather than greed. The perplexed gaze looked at his secretary's face for a moment then down to the bussoms until finally they landed on a letter from BobbyMunson.

The letter would probably be the last message he would ever hear from his former boss. He ripped it up and retrieved an account number he'd prepared in case it would have happened. He'd learned from Cutie's death not to grieve a mobster's fate but only to grieve the loss of a valuable stock.

He wrote a liquidation notice for the penny stock to fund the funerals of all the cities. Even the no names far below the made men's line of sight were quoted as deserving of his funds. After all without their deaths he would still be scraping up cash in an anonymous office rather than the former residence of the LA headquarters.

He wasn't much of a caring man for those who ran the city at the point of a gun but he did respect that they had the balls to die for it. So, when the day came he showed up to hand a billfold to each of the mourning widows secret lovers of the fallen crews.

Just like the opposition from PresidentDonaldTrump they too would scatter from the memories of the cities. As the funeral procession ended he could only thank thy lucky stars that his name had been removed from the list.

After a time he decided to visit Cutie's grave to leave a set of beaded pearls at her gravestone. He always saw her secretly eyeing them on the way to headquarters. It was the second half of the ones he bought her when she lived. He couldn't afford them before but now with so many stockholders dead the cash had flowed.

"It was always about the cash." He thought to himself as he returned to wait for the killers to arrive at the ceremony. He stayed until the escort came along to visit Godfather's son's birthday party.

Bobby Munson seemed to enjoy the party as he rested peacefully. It really was a nice funeral fit for kings killed in their sleep.
