Pretty simple, and as far as I've looked into it I can't see anything on this before which truly surprises me... Anyhow, when shooting at HQ Forts currently you only have to be in the same city to be able to do so. I think it's quite a bit more realistic to make it so they're district specific.

Not only is this more realistic, but it also adds a little extra step towards those who use this method to weaken their targets during a takedown. Naturally, TylerDurden's HQ Forts would still be able to be shot from anywhere.

The only downside I can see to this is it bringing up the 'realism' issue of Forts protecting us Defense wise all around in the Home City vs just our Home District, but that's a different issue entirely.

it would only make sense to be in same district other wise trying to kill the guy shooting at your place would be to hard

I may have thought faster than I spoke up. I do think that if this happens, then the defense from forts should be district specific. If they aren't already I would like to see it implemented as a balance.

It only makes sense to me anyways that if we are getting specific with HQ Forts, that their benefits should be specific to the district as well.
