| Public input for Crew Leader meet (this Wednesday) | Started by: Bonkers on Jan 22, '17 19:05 |

Ladies and Gentlemen, I’ll keep this relatively short and hopefully clear. In the future I will keep these sorts of communications between upper structures, but given the amount of change we are undergoing and the fact that many of you have no crew leader through whom to voice your thoughts and concerns I decided on this occasion to share our agenda more broadly. On Wednesday at 20:00 all crew leaders, including [contrary to my previous decision] those of the annexed cities (Philly, LA and Detroit) are invited to meet. I propose that the meeting should start at 20:00 sharp and last no longer than one hour. If any leaders are unable to attend I suggest that they give feedback on the agenda and any thoughts on these points in advance. On the evening they may send a hand in their place.
The proposed agenda currently includes:
Scope for more auths in established cities
Scaling up in annexed cities (Philly, Detroit and LA)
Any other business/ input from the wider community
Thank you for your time. On behalf of Bonkers and @FizChivalry |

Thank you for informing mobsters across the globe on where we are going as a community and for keeping everyone in the loop. From what I hear it's not something that's seen often so definitely a commendable action. I have one question Godfather Bonkers pertaining to: Scope for more auths in established cities; Thoughts on number of families per district (2 or 3?) So this will be for Las Vegas and Chicago correct? One question, as I see Don's and Donna's popping up in what you have stated to be 'annexed cities'. If as a community we are putting emphasis on rebuilding and reorganizing, why consider limiting the amounts of crews in the two established cities? I ask as again it's obvious that you and Godfather FitzChivalry (and anyone else in power) want to see this thing of ours growing and expanding around the globe. It seems it's already in play as we have small crews appearing in Philadelphia, Detroit, and Los Angeles. Do you think limiting crews in these established cities will funnel more people into trying their hand at making their bones in one of those other cities? If so I'm curious to why considering limiting crews in established cities to only 30 members on top of planning to limit amount of families per district as this will just bring chaos to these 'annexed cities' , as anyone looking to make a move and make something of themselves will have to remove a crew leader from one of those three cities causing more people to be without home. So in all due respect would this not be counter productive as isn't the goal to be trying to make La Cosa Nostra flourish instead of limiting it's growth in a time when we need it more than ever? I'm really just curious and not trying to offend or stir the pot by any means. It's just that by limiting crews per district those people that feel over looked that still want to be a crew leader will have to move to one of those three cities to reach that goal/milestone, but those three cities already have limits on how many crews per a district as well. The only difference is the limit on crews is smaller and the limit on how many members per a crew is significantly smaller and I understand why, but that's why I'm curious as to why put limitations on the established cities. Respectfully, Melkor. |
