I really hate this part of the game, because it just is a time waister. It can help you level up sure, but I heard there was a time where you could just buy a gun? Why was that taken away?!?!?! I think doing all this to get a gun, is a very very unnecessary addition to the game.

You can still buy a gun in the armoury if your family has one.

It's a very necessary addition to the game and the removal of it would skew elements of the mechanics completely, having a major impact on how wars pan out. As it currently stands it rewards a group willing to put in some work. Removing that requirement it would allow for far greater zerging, being completely contrary to the strategies and tactics that make MR stand out from so much of the competition.

That'd be a big 'no thanks' from me.

As Tsu said. The whole point of having to earn a gun is to stop little toerags signing up, doing nothing for 24 hours until they become a gangster, logging in and shooting your hard working Earner account. Work the toe rag did, perhaps 6 mouse clicks, work you did 30+hours.

You get pissed off and leave, toerag dies, signs up again and repeats.

Okay that makes sense. Yeah I do understand that through my death's in MR. 

I disagree with you, people would abuse guns to the max if you weren't working for it first. imagine you kill someone in a war and then imagine 50 thugs shooting at you each with max gun skill from the role play questions.

They can't Melkor. Even when they have the petties done they still need to wait.

I was responding to the op that was stating we should be able to buy guns without waiting.
