We are offering admin backed loans for new crews in empty districts. If this is something you are interested in taking advantage of, give a yell and we can work out details in private. There would be certain rules and restrictions placed on accounts to ensure that its used for "good", as opposed to a springboard to cause problems as well as very strict payback rules. You will have to also demonstrate that you have auth by someone in an existing upper structure, or, have 5 people willing to join you.

You will be required to make daily payments of 50% of your income until its paid back.  I am open to other arrangements however.

This offer is also being extended to HQs that want to be upgaded once all districts have a crew.
