MissNiki- sat at her desk surrounded by stacks of papers that she needed to get though sometime in the next few days, however, that could all wait. She had just gotten off the phone with James_Storm and they had decided that it was time to expand the Bronx with another crew. They had discussed all the possibilities of who they could put in charge of another HQ, and together, agreed that Raymont_Reddington would be the best choice, he was smart, young and had a hunger to run his own outfit. 

As @Jimmy_Connan and Raymont walked into her office, she smiled.. "Raymont, thank you for helping us build here in the Bronx. You've had a really rough time lately, and you dusted yourself off and gave everything you could to my crew, and I want you to know how much I appreciate it. I think you are ready to run your own outfit. " She smiled as she handed Raymont the keys to the Warehouse next door. "Take Johnny_Bravo with you, and clean that place up, and it will be yours to run as you see fit."

Raymont's face lit up, and a broad smile formed on his lips. "MissNiki- I won't let you, or James down.. Thank you for this opportunity!"

She smiled as she poured everyone a glass of single malt and they clanked glasses, the promise of a bright future. "Congratulations Raymont!!"

Congrats!

Jimmy downed his malt in a single gulp and jumped up to congratulate Raymont.

Raymont, I look forward to working with you to make this city great again.  If you need anything, my door is always open.  Congrats my friend, this is very much deserved.

Jimmy waited for MissNiki- to turn her head and he grabbed her malt and chugged it too before running out the door.

Congratulations on your new set up. I wish you nothing but success on your new venture

The_towndrunk hears a commotion and a stir coming from MissNiki- 's office.  He gets up off his beloved couch, reassembles himself and takes one more sip of the moonshine for the loooong, arduous 15 foot walk to the front door of MissNiki's office.  He sees smiling... He sees keys to a warehouse being over....

Yes...  There it is...... !!!!

"AN AUTHING!!!! LET'S HAVE A FUCKING PARTY!!!"

TTD walks back to his couch with more of a purpose and grabs his moonshine and raises the mason jar up in the air.

" Raymont_Reddington , it's a fuckin' joy to see the Bronx grow.  Now, I didn't have much of an opportunity to get to know you here, but I know that you've enjoyed some tough times, and it's always great to see someone rise above it and take themselves to higher places!!  Cheers to you!!"

TTD finishes the moonshine in record setting fashion as the rest of the crew watches with their jaws on the floor.  TTD continues to get out some shot glasses from behind the bar and pour everyone a shot.

It was a rainny morning when Raymont took a call from his CL, @MissNiki , to go to her office.

He gets dressed as fast as he could and he started walking the road to the HQ.

Even though he had taken this call a lot of times, something inside his felt different.

He reaches tha HQ and enters MissNiki's office, only to find her beatiful as always, behind her desk.

James_Storm was by her side, making a drink for himself.

''Hello Ray. Welcome'' Niki said.

Everything happened so fast. Niki told him he will set a new crew to help them clear the city.

His mind was racing. The only thing he could whisper was "MissNiki- I won't let you, or James down.. Thank you for this opportunity!"

They raised their glasses.

''Thank both of you for the opportunity. MissNiki i will never forget the days we spent in your crew"

Leaving the office ,the only thing he could do is run to Johnnys place to tell him the news.

Fletcher had been out for an evening walk when he heard a female speaking, he decided he would love to know what she was talking about so he walked over to her and began to listen. As she talked she mentioned his old friend raymont, and close friend Johnny. He heard the good news about raymont opening his own business and just smiled. He couldn't imagine anything being even close to as amazing as this was.

"Raymont, friend! I am so proud of you, and excited to see you work. I can't imagine anyone more suited for this role than you. You are going to rock!"

fletcher patted Raymont on the back approvingly before starting back on his wall around town.

Congrats Raymont! You were in Niki's HQ when I got there and the next day you were gone, glad to see you only moved down the street! It's always a pleasant sight to see our people expanding. I wish you the best :)
