As Teo was sat in his office with his associate RosabellaCorti, planning their next operation and setting roles. He turned to Rosa, "Okay then, if everything goes as plan we should be set good once we get that shipment smuggled into Canada, I called my guy earlier and he is ready once we are, so as planned I need you to keep an eye on that bar and give me a daily report about everything you think would be of any use to us."

Teo was reaching to the phone to make a call when it rang, he picked up, it was Bonkers. "Hello Boss, Is everything okay?" Bonkers, replied "Everything is fine, I need you to come by my office as soon as you can." the man then hung up.

Teo went back to Rose, as he reached to pick his coat up. "Forget about that now Rosa, we will work on it later. Now, the boss needs me and I really don't feel good about it, let's get going."

Not long has passed before the two arrived at the Godfather's office, they met Vinny at the door, Teo greeted the man as he quietly opened the door and walked in, Bonkers was sat in his chair looking out of the window, Archy coughed to make him acknowledge his presence.

"Is everything okay Boss? You got me worried?"

Bonkers stood up and walked around his desk, he patted Teo on the shoulder.

"Everything is good my friend,  I just wanted to talk to you about our business plans. After Don mouseycop moved to Southside, she left an empty spot here in The Loop."

Teo nodded in agreement with his Godfather

"Yes sir, I know we should be planning to fill in her place, but who do you think should take on that responsibility?"

Bonkers just smiled and winked at Teo.

"What are you saying? Is it me?!"

Bonkers noded and the two hugged

"Congratulations Teo, you have my blessing to set up your own headquarters here in The Loop alongside me and Borkers."

Teo smiled

"Thank you sir, I will do my best not to let you down. Now if you excuse me, I got an announcement to make and a lot of things to get sorted before starting."

Teo stormed through the door, he found Rosa still waiting for him, he held her by the hand and pulled her as he quickly marched out of the building. Rosa kept eyeing Teo in a very disturbed way, as they made their way out of the front gate. She stopped and tried pulling him back.

"Now what's happening Teo, you have to tell me."

"No time for talk now Rosa, we got a lot to do, we have had Godfather Bonkers' blessing to set up in the loop, now we need to make an announcement and find a building that can be our headquarters. First things first though."

He then led the lady to the Chicago post office square, he knew that square was always a crowded place and he would have a good chance catching the most number of audience at this time. The two arrived and he found himself a soapbox nearby, he brought it and put it down in the center of the area, he stepped on top and cleared his throat as he addressed the crowd.

"Good morning ladies and gents, as some of you might have heard already I have received the blessing from Godfather Bonkers to start my own business here in The Loop, I have to say I am greatly honored to be trusted for such a task and hope I will be up to the challenges we are all facing in our world at the time being. I look forward to getting to know you gents and ladies more."

Teo smiled as he heard Rosa coughing nearby, she was giving him a mark to cut to the point apparently.

"Alright I know! So I am here today to introduce to you...."

"The Erratic Outpatients"

Lots of noise can be heard as people started to wonder what that man is saying, so he continued.

"Yes you heard me right, what else did you except from a maniac raised in The Crazy house. Now if you excuse me I got a lot of escapees I gotta catch and put back in their dungeons. Have a good one and I look forward to doing business with each and everyone of you on a more professional level."

She sat there in Teo's office quietly as he sat down wanting to discuss the recent liquor raid.  Rosa clasped her hands together on her lap wondering how bad she fucked up during the raid.  She was slightly thrown off by his praise of the job well done, and looked forward to using her skills on a few more upcoming jobs.  Rosa smiled a bit, and was about to speak when the phone rang.  Teo changed his tone in a matter of seconds, and she knew something was up.  Before she had a chance to query anything, they were off to Godfather Bonker's office.

She paced back and forth outside waiting nervously for what seemed like an hour when Teo finally showed back up.  He tugged her hand practically dragging her with him as if the building was on fire.  Mio Dio!  Thank goodness she didn't have on her shiny new Oxfords, otherwise they would had scrapes and scratches scarring them by the time they reached the gates.  Her Sicilian blood was raging slightly as the slur of unladylike mumblings escaped.

"Che cazzo!  I know something is wrong.  What's up?"

His silence unnerved her further.....until he smiled with excitement.  Mio Dio!  Rosa was gonna end up slapping him one day.

"Now what's happening Teo?  You have to tell me."

He briefly explained what occurred in the office, and Godfather @Bonker entrusting him with this honor.  As he went on explaining, his excitement made Rosa smile as well, the understanding of such an honor didn't fly past her.  She nodded in agreement as he rambled on with everything. Teo all but dragged her to Chicago post office square where a huge crowd of passersby milled about.  As he began his speech, she peered out across the faces then after a while she covered her mouth exaggerating a cough two or three times before he got the hint of wrapping things up.  Tons of plans to get in order, and they didn't have the time to hang about.  They had escapees to round up, and she thinks she spotted one already darting around that alleyway...

While walking in the streets I see a big crowd gathered. I see a familiar face as well. My boss was there as well. I didn't know he was on the streets and talked to him.

What's all this commotion here? A big announcement or something?

Vince looked at me and smiled.

Yeah! Teo got permission to set up in the loop.

I smiled and stayed for a few just because it was a quiet day and was curious what was gonna happen in the end.
When the crowd slimmed down after the announcement I saw an opportunity to walk up to Teo.

Congratulations on the set up! And hopefully we will have a great partnership!

Hearing from all the exciting partygoers, she comes to visit the new estabilishment that is being setup in The Loop. She gets out of the car and walks up to where everyone is congratulating the new owner of the establishment. Dezi is really excited since there is another facility to help unhabilitate the masses, Dezi cheerfully comes up to Teo and gives an outstretched hand and a bottle of expensive Italian wine from her private stash in her restaurant. 

"Congratulations Consigliere Teo on your advancement and new outpost in The Loop!" Dezi hands him the wine and shakes his hand vigorously "I hope to see many of craz-good things from you in The Loop and i wish you all the luck and hope to help keep the streets busy with you as our neighbor to the South Side!" Dezi bows courteously to Teo and walks towards the HQ and vanishes into the celebratory crowd.

MouseyCop had gotten word that a dear friend was getting his chance to finally set up shop in the good ole Loop. She had hitched a ride or two as she made the trek from South Side to her old home, even passing by the remnants where the Old Chicago Academy used to stand before getting moved to it's new building. It didn't take her long to Find where everything was happening, she only really had to follow the sounds of the people.

Smiling as she edged herself through towards Teo she smiled brightly, holding out a basket of her brownies in them. "My god it's about time you've gotten a chance to run your own family... I know you'll do Chicago proud." She gave him a quick hug before bolting off while mentioning that she needed to get back to the academy to make sure it hadn't been burnt down.

It's always great seeing our world develop and expand. It brings all sorts of new opportunities to this thing of ours.

As mouseycop sets off on her new adventures on the South Side, where she will no doubt bring the same enthusiasm and energy to the job she has always shown, we stand here in The Loop congratulating you Teo on your next big step. Everyone in Chicago can see how hard you've worked and how much you've done for the city. It'll be great to watch you bring that to the next level leading your own family into the future. Congratulations Teo, may the dice always roll in your favour.

Teo - I know you said no a thousand times, but the fact of the matter is you're the right guy for this job. I have every confidence that you'll do The Loop and the whole of Chicago proud. I just hope that having been discharged from The Crazy House you can keep up the lunatic levels with The Eratic Outpatients. Those damn cops just don't know what to do when we turn on the crazy...it's beautiful. Anyway - good luck man!

Salut Teo - of course, you'll be missed in the crazy house after the months of hard work you've been putting in there, but alas, for some it was just not crazy enough! I'm sure that now you have your own HQ we will begin to see entire new levels of insanity grip this city of ours and after watching you work tirelessly I have no doubt that you are the man to turn the next generation of youngsters labelled 'hazardous to society' into respectable Mafiosi.

If there was one thing that was pretty common about Daniella, it was her lateness. She had been late to just about everything her whole life and today was no different. She’d heard about an announcement in the Loop, a new crew being authorized by Godfather Bonkers since Don Mouseycop had moved to South Side, a really truly she’d meant to leave her own headquarters nearly an hour ago but of course she’d gotten distracted and one thing had led to another and now when she was finally pulling up to the Chicago Post office square, the busiest place in the loop, she noticed that a large crowd was already there sharing their congratulations.

Luckily for her, being late also meant that most people had already been up to speak with Teo and congratulate him, so she didn’t have to wait long before she was at the front of the line. “Teo, you became a fast friend when I joined The Crazy House, and we’ve bonded over a shared love of gambling in that strange thing they call the harty. The best of leaders are often the ones that take on the task begrudgingly, as they recognize the time and commitment needed to do the job right. I have every faith that you’ll be an excellent leader Teo, especially with Rosabella by your side. I wish the two of you the best in your new adventures.”

After a huge fiest to honor the gods for health and prosperity on his new journey oRagnar finally wakes up and sees the events that he has missed in the past and finally sober and with some regret approaches and continues to say:

"Sorry about  being late but i wish you congratulation on the new Crew and i think you will do wonderfully and i am looking forward to meeting and getting to know you so that we can have the chance that all as a group to create something truly great :)"

Congratulations Boss. It's nice to see some friendly faces.  I am starting to become optimistic of our future, in this thing of ours. Money beginning to stable. And our organizations are becoming bigger. I'm happy to be apart of this growth. 

Supernova smiles. He pulls out a cigar case, fine ol' wooden oak in appearance. He clicks open the lock and pulls out what looks to be a self made hand-rolled joint. He lit the joint and took a few hits. While exhaling, he said quickly.
