Anthony steps out of his car and walks up to the steps of city Hall flanked by bodyguards on either side the mobster nods to his men before reaching for the microphone.

Good morning everyone I come before you today with news that my family will be setting up here in CorkTown at the Wolves Den Bar. If anyone has any questions or would just like to stop in for a drink please don't hesitate to drop by.

Anthony glances at the crowd that started to gather ready to answer any questions before heading back to the compound.

BlackJack walks into the Wolves Den Bar with a lit cigarette. He sits down at the bench and orders himself a beer. He sits there for a few moments, taking in the scenery. Eventually, Anthony_Mitchell wanders on by:

"Anthony! My man, come have a beer with me pal. Im so glad to have you come join our family in Detroit! May we thrive on the opportunities in which we have been given! Lets drink to a long fruitful life for all of us!"

BlackJack raises his glass to Anthony_Mitchell before pouring its contents down his throat.

"Beer wench! Get us another round!"

Anthony nodded to his waitress who brought them a private ice cold mug and he orders them wings as well

Of course to a bright and prosperous Detroit

He raises his glass in a salute
