You see, every day, the Millions... and millions of the Rock's fans flock to try and catch a glimpse of the Great One. The come from far an wide just to watch The Rock lay the smackdown on some bug fat, ugly, fat hermaphrodite. They come from near and far. Far and near just to see yours truely. One of the places they come from is... Delaware City!

Tyler Durden and his family travel periodically from the bastion of social services and wellfare to come to mafialand and witness the Great one in the biggest motion picture event of their lives, entitled 'The Rock Laying the Smackdown on your candy ass!' They come here in their Millions and they stand around and do... nothing. Just hoping to catch a glmpse of The Great one himself. They commit no crimes. They use no businesses. They deal no drugs. They Pimp no skanks. They shoot nobody uless shot at first and don't even pick a pocket. All they do is fly randomly from city to city looking to see if they will be lucky enough to run into the Rock.

And how do you Jabroni's repay them? You shoot them dead! Murder on a massive scale. SneakyRat condones this wholesale slaughter. Just because they are different, from a different city than the rest of you jabronis he feels its ok to shoot them! And the Rock Guaren-damn-tee's that he's not the only one that feels that way. Blam! Blam! Blam!

Shot after shot rings out across the 8 cities and one by one Tyler's Family dies, until finally Tyler Durden himself scurries off back to Delaware city, to lick his wounds and rebuild his shattered family until its strong enough once more to venture forth in search of the Rock!

This is interesting.  What would happen if the families of the eight cities welcomed Tyler’s crew with open arms.  What if they weren’t shot?  What would happen?

Newcomers to our streets might contact them – then get no replies and contact others.  The warden’s income would plummet as fewer W/S were produced.  Jail terms might be longer; without much bargaining tools to get out.

What else could happen if Tyler and his crew were left to live amongst us?

Academic as they are all shot on sight..  But that isn’t a bad thing, is it?

Dear Tyler. I give you full auth to set up and call Delaware your own. It kinda smells like cabbage and nobody else wants it or is willing to visit it.

I give you no protection, so if you come under attack I'd suggest you try and fake your own death and lie low until the trouble has passed. Who knows how long you might be around if you get good at doing that.

Actually what Deimne says is true, however what he won't tell you is the reason Tyler was given auth. You see Deimne over his days has been a highly sexual creature, lusting after both men and women. However he didn't want this to become public knowledge so he made a deal with Tyler that his "conquests" would be given shelter for some time and then released into the cities so as the rest of us could clean up Deimne little indiscretions.
