Whoring is something that we have seen occur for a long time and something I expect we'll always see. While it's something the majority of us do not practice there will be people who look to exploit the newer blood by sending them invitations while giving minimal input into the recruitment policy. Something along the lines of, "Hi I'm new" then turns into, "You need a crew, I'll send you an invite." and the recruit is then most likely left to their own devices. That is the most frustrating part about it for me the fact that when these guys are recruited people then no longer bother with them, they're just there to make the HQ look full. In fact this was something I worried about with the new systems in place and the small HQs. That people would whore in order to fill their HQs and then look to expand as quickly as possible, fortunately the current powers that be seem as if theyre in no rush to give the nod to expand some of the current crews as we can see that some are now at capacity and have been for a short time and have still not expanded, this will be down to the favor system and I'm glad that it's being taken into consideration when people want to expand because otherwise people would whore non-stop.
I think it would be worthwhile that if any whoring does happen that we look to exploit the people doing this, sometimes this is the only way we can stop such behaviors, it may be then that these people find themselves out of favor if they continue doing it.
