It was a cool, windy day in the Big Easy, as Bruiser steps out from behind a large tarp covering a newly renovated building on the corner of Bourbon Street and Canal Street.  Pulling his coat down and his pants up Bruiser makes one last sweep of his fly to make sure he's not hanging out as he delivers his speech.  As Bruiser walks down the steps toward a broke down Buick on the side of the road he pulls out his nickel plated Colt 45 and plugs 3 slugs into some sleeping bum just before jumping up on the hood of the old Buick.

 Thank you!  Now that I have your attention, I would like just a few more moments of your time.  As most, if not all of you are aware, my beloved Don has run off the rift raft that was operating in New Orleans and has ascended to Godfather over this great city.  In Godfather Levenstein's infinite wisdom he has appointed me an underboss over New Orleans, which is not a position I intend on taking lightly. 

 Along with Don Trabotti, we will rejuvenate the Big Easy's business district.  We will strive to bring the big easy back to it's once glorious self.  Don Trabotti and I have ever intention on making our great city and our Godfather a smashing success.  Bruiser takes a moment to look around at everyone as he pulls a flask and a cigar from his pocket.  I look forward to meeting and working with all of the city heads and their city leaders below them.  I expect no problems but should any arise with any of my family members please know that I am always available and always accessible.

 Bruiser sparks up his cigar and takes a deep drag.  As he exhales he looks around but don't recognize many faces as he finishes his speech. 

I know everyone is busy as am I, so without any further hesitation, a couple neatly dressed body guards being to tug on large nylon ropes pulling the tarp off of a beautiful newly remodeled head quarters, I would like to introduce you to my crew  the Bourbon Street Brawlers.

 Bruiser begins to hand out cigars as the crowd cheers him on as he steps down from the Buick.  Bruiser starts back towards his new head quarters shaking some hands, kissing some cheeks and answering questions along the way.

I have worked with you sir Bruiser_Jr and I'm confident that your crew will prosper greatly.Congratulations on your new role here in New Orleans.

Congradulation's Bruiser_jr, I am happy to see this in New Orleans and for you taking on this role. The city is better off with such fearless leaders such as yourself.

You're father was a great man whom i had the utmost respect for and i was proud to be a member of his family, so to see you follow in his foot steps makes me real happy and im sure that New Orleans will greatly prosper with you around. All the best my friend i look forward to working alongside you and under Godfather Levenstein.

Our bloodlines have been met one time and it feels like forever our bloodlines will be bond to each other. Chicago was blessed by your father and I know the Big Easy will be proud in your latest achievement as today.

Joy steps forward, a box of fine Cubans tucked under her arm. Slapping Bruiser on the back, she hands them over.
