It wasn't unusual for Godfather Bonkers to call a meeting for the heads of the nine Chicago families. He loved meetings. But on this occasion there was something different in the air. At the head of the mahogany table Godmother Mouseycop wasn't saying a word and the others could tell that she was inside on whatever was being planned.

Finally Bonkers entered the room and greeted each of his captains personally before finally taking a seat next to Mouseycop. He was known for his ability to hold a stern poker face at all times, but on this occasion he looked distinctly pleased and that helped to lighten the atmosphere of the room a little.

So...I've just got back from the airport...I spent the day in New York with Godfathers FitzChivalry and Disorder meeting with the local businesses and discussing the future of that city. The local businesses are uncertain about their future. It seems that the authorities have decided that they have a window of opportunity to crack down on corrupt practices and I believe that it will be now or never if we are to make our move.

Now as you will understand Las Vegas, having led the assault on the city, gets the right of first refusal over the spoils. However, on this occasion they've expressed their willingness to allow Chicago to expand. I believe that we have fantastic depth in our numbers and indeed the finances to pull this off. But we’ll need to act fast. So this is my plan…

With the plans and funding in place it was then time to address the city. The next morning Bonkers assumed a spot at his preferred street corner and addressed his city and the wider community.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Chicago has been fortunate enough to benefit from a prolonged period of stable operations. With nearly 40% of our criminal community based within our three districts I believe that the time has come to both expand and decentralise somewhat.

I have therefore, with the blessing of our friends in Las Vegas, asked that Borkers, Daniella and Reggie move their operations over to New York in the coming days. From that solid foundation I believe that we have the potential to build a real East Coast hub.

So where does this leave us?

I will continue to run The Loop and see the operations of Chicago more broadly. I will also continue to work very closely with New York as we begin this next chapter.

In the South Side of Chicago Godmother Mouseycop will continue to run her operations as she so desires. Since meeting her for the first time when she joined us from New York following a failed attempt on her life she has done nothing but impress me with her work ethic and I have come to value her consul on city level matters.

In the North Side I have asked Don Utopia to take a formal district head role. As my brother and trusted confident it brings me great pleasure to see him take on this more distinguished position.

Turning then back to New York.

Bonkers smirks for a moment as he thinks about life in Chicago without these three hooligans - no more butter shortages caused by Reggie’s craving for the yellow stuff! No more dealing with Daniella’s war on fapping and best of all no more mixing myself up with my doppelganger! Mmmmm...better make up something nicer than that though he thought to himself...

Leaving the North Side and embarking on a new opportunity in Manhattan will be Reggie. Here in Chicago he and Utopia have between them fostered something that we like to call The North Side spirit. I hope to see this flame continue to burn as he embarks on this new adventure. Reggie, you were early to answer the call from the old country and as my first ever captain it is exciting to continue to watch your development here. Once a shy public speaker I have been delighted to see you come out of your shell - both in public and in discussions between Chicago's upper structures.

Moving to the Bronx will be be Daniella. Having been lucky enough to meet both her mother and now her I have come to understand not only just how much the city of Chicago means to her, but also how much the city has relied on her for so long. Her work ethic will be missed, but in this new land of opportunity it is only right to reward those who earn it and she has earned this opportunity 100 times over.

Finally, in Brooklyn I have asked Don Borkers to step up and take the helm. He will be closely advised by Don TsuDhoNimh at his hand. While his likeness to my own appearance has caused nothing but headaches from day one he has proved to be my most loyal supporter and enforcer from the start. I think it is worth noting this now - this man does not mess about. In his early days he settled a routine debt collection by accepting the challenge of an axe fight with a stranger. Today his style is less brash, but just as effective.

It is inevitable that with time the individual names that hold the city of Chicago together will fade, it would be foolish to suggest otherwise; but now the bridges that we have built here will stretch as far West as Las Vegas and as far East as New York. Business will prosper.

Bonkers nods to his associates and awaits any questions.

oRagnar listens carefuly on what is being said and can't help but feel good about New Tork. This great city of ours that has been regarded as one of the biggest powehouses was about to be brought back to live again. It was only fit that it be filled with high ranked figures in our midst. He then tried to say something, a bit emotional but pulling himself together convinced that he can do this standing in front of such a big crowd.

"I would like to wish the three of you best of luck in this next journey. I know that with such crews the work there will get back on track and the city will greatly prosper once more. Now there is much work to be done and it won't get done by itself so go out there and kick some ass! We're counting on you."

With that said oRagnar stepped back among the many people that had gathered to take notice on what was happening.

TarloSzatana appeared behind oRagnar and smiled her black hair tied back one eye uncovered.

"Congratulations, and keep up the good work! Its great to see you all move along."

She fell quiet and smiled listening now.

Hearing the decision that was taken by our great country leaders about NY, DotBoom nods. Indeed he thought that this option was among the best for the future of not only such a big city to be powerful again, but for the whole country.

No need to say much more on the competence of the three new leaders of NY districts, their good reputation is known as far as in Las Vegas. It is clear that a city as NY needed individuals of that caliber to prosper again, and I wish Dons Borkers, Daniella and Reggie the best in accomplishing that. More equilibrium between cities population bring more equilibrium in opportunities for everybody, be it in OCs, new IA targets, DFPs, and a more relaxed atmosphere since there is less fear for one city to be wiped out because some other city is blocked in its expansion possibilities - in reference to the NY/CH war from a few months ago. Going on deeper on that idea of equilibrium of development, I would like to propose a topic for discussion for the next GFC meeting: Once the new Leaders of NY reach GF/GM status and appoint their first Captains, shall we aim for a 30 crew limit, thus allowing more expansion opportunities for the annexed cities?

The announcement would be nothing unexpected for Disorder but his excitement at the events in New York was clear. Camp was too out of it after his smacktastic '4 grams, one mango' stunt at Richard_Sharpe's party, to care much about anything, but Disorder wanted him there all the same. He lay drooling in the back of the limo as Disorder spoke with excitement and nostalgia about the various corners and businesses they passed. The car glided through the city streets until it came to the square where Bonkers would be making his speech. 

It pulled up and the doors were opened. Disorder stood tall out of his door and strode toward the gathering. Camp fell out of his in a manner reminiscent of thick custard falling from a can. A couple of bodyguards scooped him up and did their level best to get him lent on the car under his own steam but it was no use. They eventually conceded defeat leaving him draped and dribbling across the hood, like the world's worst glamour girl. Disorder glanced back, at least the suit was top quality. He turned to Godfather Bonkers and the crowd.

"I'm delighted to see this here today! Its been long overdue that this magnificent city had the kind of leadership it warrants. These are the right people in the right places and with this perfect starting point. I can only foresee this city exploding into life and flourishing under their command."

He shook Bonkers' hand and then walked around embracing Borkers, Daniella and Reggie one by one. Congratulating each on their new roles and sharing a few private words with each before turning back to the crowd.

"I could easily stand here and make a speech about each one of these fine leaders. I could but it would take too long and I can see from a lot of the alcohol ravaged faces before me that you'll be shaking and unable to concentrate if I did. Needless to say these three are each and all, far more than fellow leaders and fine mobsters, they are all my friends. I couldn't be happier to see you all give your own city to build and I look forward to spending more time here with you as you bring this town back to where it deserves to be."

With that, he took a step down and headed toward the car to try and slap Camp back into the world of the living.

Reggie had been busy in The big Apple after his move from the windy city, although mixed emotions ran deep he held it together. The city of 
New York had Reggie feeling indifferent, Chicago was his home and will be part of him forever but the new journey he was about to embark
on had him feeling excited, a new chapter for him and the fantastic city of New York. 

First of all, I'd like to thank all of you that made this happen, Godfather Bonkers I'd like to thankyou for all the faith you have shown me, a punk
kid with little experience on these shores with your help I've developed into what I hope I can say as a fine mobster. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to the Godfathers who also approved this move FitzChivalry, mouseycop and last but not least my brother Disorder. 

Furthermore I'd like to express my happiness for the two people that have made the move with me, I can't tell you how excited I am to have 
two great friends to share a city with, the lovely Daniella and my old pal Borkers, It's like a dream come true.

Upon this move I'd like to make an announcement of my own the very loyal Mattsr has decided he would like to join me in the district of Manhattan with the blessing of Bonkers this move has been given the green light. So, I guess Congratulations are in order for him too, I'd appreciate it if you could welcome him like you've welcomed me.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts on the mater with us all Godfather Bonkers, even before the official biggest level meeting deciding the future of our world has ever happened. I am sure that this kind of information is what the larger masses -be them newborn babies or old mafiosi- want to hear and know in order to have a more clear picture how the future will be and how to adapt themselves to the new situation.

Our minds seem to be perfectly synchronized, since the time-frame of 3 weeks should be ample enough to achieve those goals of 30 limit, and GF/GM status considering the named leaders reputation, days, and current units. As an old Latin proverb (I am sure my late friend Constantine would appreciate the original form without translation, but it's rare so couldn't find it on time) says: "Haste comes from the Devil and brings only remorse and regret"...

Hearing the tires of Supremo Boss of Capo de tutti Capi de Paradisio(,LV)'s stolen and refunded car "gliding" over, and Camp in it, DotBoom was not even seeking cover, loosing his inexperienced youth reflexes. With age, alcohol gets tolerated less and less by the body, or good car steering wheel... 

Hearing the news that Godfather Bonkers just laid out made Evelyn smile. It was nice to see the likes of Borkers, Daniella, and Reggie venture out to spread their wings. Each in their own well deserving of the move, she knew great things were to come from New York.

" Congratulations you three on the move to New York, though I will say Reggie you will be missed in the North Side. Well at least by me you will, can't speak for anyone else though." She says with a smirk on her face.

"Also really excited the Utopia has been given the reigns of our district, the future is looking extremely bright."

Daniella was late to just about everything; that was well known to everyone by now, especially those in Chicago. Still, she’d managed to get to the streets just in time to hear Bonkers make his announcement about the future of New York. She was nervous about the move, there was no point in denying that. Her family line had been in New York only once before; it was in fact the very first time that anyone in her family had run a crew of their own. Since then, however, they hadn’t been back. Daniella had been born and raised in Chicago and that was her home, the adjustment to New York would take time.

But she was also excited and that excitement far outweighed any doubts she might have. Many people were sharing their congratulations, so Daniella waited for a pause before she stepped forward to speak herself.

“I would just like to take a moment to thank Godfathers Bonkers, FitzChivalry, and Disorder for the opportunity to move to New York and help build the city into the splendid place that I know it can be. Since I began working with each of you I have learned and grown into the person that I am; I have come to admire you and am honored that you have given me this opportunity. To my dear sweet Mouseycop, I will miss you dearly, even if we’re only a plane ride away. You have been a wonderful example for me and I hope I do half as well in the Bronx as you have done in South Side.

And of course, Don Reggie and Don Borkers, I am beyond excited to be taking this journey with the two of you; in fact, I can’t imagine anyone else I’d want to do this with. Reggie, I know you’ll keep that North Side spirit alive and strong in Manhattan; don’t work too hard or you’ll ruin it. Borkers, I look forward to being under your leadership and continuing to learn from you and your rather cheeky right hand.

The Bronx will be under construction for awhile but I look forward to coming out here and providing updates as to our own expansion when the time is right. In the mean time, I do think a party is in order. With tons of booze."

"Start Spreading the News!"

Donnie walked upon the street corner where Bonkers was addressing his future plans with a cigar propped between his lips. He was necessarily surprised to what he was hearing, Midwest moving to the East coast? He grinned slightly as he puffed on his cigar momentarily, and became very pleased as he thought it was a great move and idea by Godfather Bonkers. Donnie knew it was a great advantage business wise for Chicago, New York and the other finest cities of our nation. "It's the best thing since sliced bread." After Donnie patiently waited for Bonkers and the other crime figures have spoken, he grabbed a stool and placed it out on middle of the street and stood upon it, trying to gain everyone's attention for a brief moment.

"I'd like to express that I'm very pleased to hear about this news on some of the leaders from Chicago, moving to the East Coast of New York. To sum things up! I want to congratulate you guys on this well-deserved opportunity, and I believe you will bring more light and business to The City that Never Sleeps! With your great experience and talent as leaders, I'm positive the city will flourish well under your command. Cheers and Good luck!"

Donnie stepped off the stool, and sauntered over towards the three and shook their hands one by one before walking away from the crowd, puffing on his cigar briefly with Frank Sinatra playing from a distance.

Sitting at his desk Ezreal began to light his cigarette while looking of the newspaper, catching up on the recent events in the streets that he had missed with his recently setting up.  Scrolling down the paper midway he begins to grin, taking a drag from his cigarette he continues to read before exhaling. Having finished reading everything over Ezreal puts out his cigarette in the nearest ashtray on his desk before taking a private flight to New York City.

It's great to see the Godfathers have worked together in coming up with another solution in which may help our streets flourish opening more room for mobsters to grow across the six cities. 

But not only that. To see these four chosen and respected leaders get their opportunity in New York, opening new doors for themselves and they're families. It's truly a blessing.

It's been a pleasure seeing you four shine in Chicago. I wish you all the best while getting situated and setup over there, I look forward to visiting the city to see what new shops or discussions pop off.

Ezreal begins to stretch and yawn before waving his goodbyes.
