The construction had just finished a few days before. From the large plot of empty land that had previously sat just outside of Pasadena, a great estate had been built. Walls surrounded the land, guarding the faux-marble home that sat in the center. Built in the ancient Roman style, the villa had all the art and design of a classic villa, but with all of the modern comforts that could be spared. Prae walked among the garden in the center, the flowers of the peristyle filling the air with their fragrance. It was his place. His home, now. His headquarters. That reminded him.

He went upstairs to his office, taking from the top drawer of his desk a bronze plaque and a screwdriver. He walked to the door, to the wall with a noticable empty place in the faux-marble. He held the plaque in place, made sure it was level, and firmly affixed it to the wall. He stood back, admiring his handiwork, reading the words yet again. The sign read:

The Praetorian Legion

Pars Urbana

He looked briefly at the embossed, carefully-polished Aquila underneath, and walked back inside with a smile. It was time to begin his work. 

Midnight pulls up outside Prae new HQ and jumps out. She pushes her way past his newly acquired body guards and enters his office.

Congratulations she grins, handing him a bottle of whiskey. I brought you this to go in your new liquor cabinet she winked and got up to walk away. I know you will make an awesome leader. Your welcome to come back and visit the island should you ever need to. She walked out the door and headed for her car. She admired the brand new building before driving home. 

Prae smiles when he sees Midnight walk in, admittedly wondering how she got past the guys in the armor. He takes the bottle.

Thank you, I'm just not sure how long it will stay in the cabinet! Best of luck to you and the rest of the crew. Just don't forget to feed that shark!

Rolea smirked as she walked to Prae's HQ. "So, he finally got his own place" she thought to herself. She seen Midnight near His HQ and walked up to her, smiling as she nudged her shoulder before taking a steel box and tossing it on His doorstep with a grin. Leaning closer to whisper in Midnight's ear, "He can take his box and lock himself up". She smirked once more before turning to slip away, making sure to shout so he could hear. "Grats!!! make sure to keep your box away from me!!"

Having gotten his driver to take him over to Pasadena to see if the latest news was correct. He was not only pleased to see that his informer had it right but also impressed with the building. An estate had been built stylised on the ancient Roman villas of the past. Once the car has stopped Gabriel exits and informs his Bodyguard to grab the crate in the boot and to follow along.

He announces himself to the Classically dressed guards at the entrance and request't to go through and see the respectable new Boss here Prae

"Greeting Prae, firstly i would like to congratulate your bold new position. I look forward to working with you for the betterment of the whole of LA. Also on a personal note, I'm loving the Estate, perhaps you could give me a tour some time, no, no not now, i know this will be an incredibly busy time for you"

"When you do get a moment i have had a crate of some fine drinks brought over, when you do get a chance to unwind i hope these will assist you"

"Good day and see you around, Oh and the Suit looks great"

Thank you, Gabriel. It was great working with Midnight, but you have to admit, it is nice to have a place of your own. I'm really looking forward to having a party so everybody can come and relax and get to know their brothers and sisters in arms better. A party for all of us Los Angelians, and anyone else who wants to come, to drink and talk and share some laughs.
