As Don Borkers enters the streets, flanked by his right hand man TsuDhoNimh, a smile is seen on his normally strict face.

Listen up people, I've got an announcement for you all.

Don Borkers clears his throat, then continues.

It's a sad reality that this life of ours tends to be punctuated with loss and tragedy. So many events that shape our world are based on losing friends and loved ones. Some time ago a fresh-faced... pun intended... young man arrived in Chicago on the back of the loss of friends and family. A traumatic event that could have shaken a lesser man, young Faceman kept his head about him and set to work. Damn hard work. He set towards helping his family, his district and his city grow.

He was a mentor to many of the new recruits the family took in. Teaching them the ins and outs of this thing of ours and helping them find their feet when freshly arrived on our shores. It's no easy task, shaping the minds of the next generation of mobsters is an incredible challenge, but it's one Faceman excelled at and carried out with a work ethic and determination that deserved notice.

We now find ourselves gathered once again on these streets in the aftermath of a large war. Our homeless need homes and they need strong hands that can guide them and turn them into friends of ours that we can be proud of. They need someone special that can stand up and be that shining light. Someone that can be an awesome inspiration. Someone that can be damn near perfect. Sadly, I'm already busy running a family so I can't oblige. Instead, we're going to go with the next best option and I take great pleasure in announcing today that Faceman will be setting up his own operation right here in Brooklyn, beside me. I wish to welcome you all to....
