My experience working with a team is all start off as a team but pair out whilst sucking up inforfrom those who will not get info. I fanned out quite well working solo in the past. |

Well having participated in all 8 rounds, I seriously wouldn't like the addition of time added to the event.... I was dragging through round 8 this year, and extra time added would be even harder to manage in my opinion. The teamwork though was excellent, and had a blast with them. |

I had a blast during Vday. It was awesome. Worked in a team. Not really sure anything needs to change, but I'll throw an idea up for discussion at least. We saw that being part of a team was crutial to success. Yet we were witness to someone "piggy backing" of their team. Considering prizes were all individual, thats understandable. To some degree at least. Would it be an option to include team performance prizes? Maybe in addition to individual, or doing every other round, or anything. Would mean teams had to register somewhere, and set a limitation to team numbers, but could've been a nice addition. |
