Maybe I missed some rounds, but those I participated in, I have the impression of the fact my Over-Boss Disorder said: "I think every city had eyes in LV ". DT did help you there. At least DT. Just admit it, or say I was on some substances during the event.

I've no idea what substances you may or may not have been on during the event, most people tended to edge towards caffeine and high sugar content instead of the fruit and water I frequently suggested, but I will say Detroit didn't help with this in the slightest. They may very well have been in a position to provide information, but they sure as hell didn't share it with us on the day.

During those riots, there were large groups involved. There were groups of people not especially loyal to me and that would value the friendship of others far ahead of mine. I very much believe I would be called out on being a liar in an instant if one word of what I said there were untrue. I need not worry about it though, as I know every word of it is 100% accurate.

Detroit, in theory, was 'helping'. But then they ignored my guidance. Then they ignored my orders. Then they did their own thing for selfish gains and personal rewards rather for the good of the team. Then they not only put themselves ahead of the team but then go on to laugh and brag about it behind our backs... that's not helping. That's being a right bastard.

When they do it to someone who's a close friend of mine, a fact that BlackJack should have been all too aware of given his own bloodline's history, it makes them a very stupid bastard. That's a threat to our world. That's a threat I nor my colleagues were willing to live with anymore.

Huh. I might be on some stuff again, but am really confused now. Riots? And what was the helping in theory thingy? The fuck, I am so confused, I will go to sleep now.

Before Kinoko jumped on a flight back home west. He stopped by a nice respectable bar in Brooklyn, NY. He had a few drinks and shot some pool, even made a little money doing some profitable drug deals.

He looks at the time and notices he has an hour to get to the airport. He steps outside and notices a mass of people gathering while they listen to a respected mafioso speak. He enjoys a cigarette as he listens and nods. Kinoko then approaches the masses after the high ranking mafioso as he finishes his speech and adds his thoughts respectfully. 

"I must say Don Tsu-sama. You come forth many reasons and documented proof to why you guys took action today, That I applaud you with sir, you have me sold."

He lights another cigarette and then looks at the crowd to speak again. 

"See this community has been teaching a certain way for decades, taught down from generation to generation in forefathers and mothers journals, how to handle and treat certain situations, respect is key. I'm pretty sure when being a leader your not just housing people. Your delegating through out the day and night, now sometimes problems arise like some that were talked about today. There is a right way to handle these things while conducting business and sadly there are wrong ways of going about things." 

"Now I don't know the leader that was killed today, and I wish his son and family best of luck in the future."

"But many coffee shop alley way deals go on weekly, people are killed for breaking rules and money is compensated, easy yes? Not always the case.. When leading, I'm sure these meetings are important and can result in many deaths or many prospering days on how you represent yourself. I think people can really listen to this and take in what was said and how it went about here and see what responsibilities it is to be a leader and how delegating is so so so important on making decisions with other families around these shores."

Kinoko then puts out his cigarette and steps back to hear others speak as he prays for the fallen today in Detroit. 

Vincent stood around and listened as he often does, he usually keep quiet and keeps his nose out of things but something bothered him, so he decided to speak on it.

"I swear to God there is no pleasing you people, you bitch if you get shot and get no explanation. Then you bitch when you get told why and want to call bs, Tsu went out of his way to not only tell you why but break it down into a play by play and give multiple reasons to why this happened. Their patience with BBlack is impressive I must say if I were in their shoes I couldn't have done the same. Many of these things alone would strain relations and the next earn him a bullet from many people."

Vincent pauses and takes a deep breath, then looks at Tsu.

"Thank you for coming out here and informing us about why things are happening in our world, some people just don't know how to hand death even though it is the only thing promised in this life of ours."

*Steps back, nods and exits

Personally I much prefer concise and short statements. Those tend to display a good, healthy dose of bravado and display authority. Exhaustive explanations in the form of essays like these are much less to my liking. It feels like the speaker feels the need to convince the public of the need and righteousness of his actions rather than it being a simple announcement of him using his God-granted authority to whip the fools into submission.

To each his own.

Ironic you'd choose to use the term "God-granted" authority there. As I've made the point multiple times, though clearly not enough for some to comprehend it, the exhaustive nature of this particular explanation was done to help the gods avoid the bullshit and backlash that have become far too common on these shores and would have been heightened due to the timing of this event. 

I can't say it's to my own taste. I can't say I enjoyed having to do it, I'm normally too busy being awesome for this stuff. But if it helps shut some people involved the fuck up, I'm willing to play politics and ensure my own life, and the lives of the gods, run that little bit smoother. 

I'm also perfectly fine not appeasing those with attention spans too short to handle a longer speech. Aiming for the lowest common denominator is never a good thing. Our world needs to raise the bar, not lower it. So if I lost some idiots along the way due to the length of time I talked.... good.

Yolanda was watching the entire speech, though it was a long one. At least the speaker gave a legit reason in the take down. She soon learnt that the gentleman's name is Tsudhonimh.

I mean fair point there. As Mr Tsudhoninh does  have a fairly legit point in shooting people unlike Fitz or disorder. While blackjack's family or descendant has been going nothing but bitch on the reason they were killed. Blame your leader really for the lack of respect despite the many hiccups they had with him.

Sorry to say the least but I am on Tsudhonimh's side on this one.

You can't please everyone. Even when a proper reason is given.

After hearing the news of BlackJack, Jigga had planned to take what he heard as a lesson and move on with his day. Before he departed he noticed people seemingly disinterested because of the length of the speech.

"One thing I find interesting is people's dislike with the length of this speech. I personally like things to be short and straight to the point but with a topic like this and the amount of information, I believe it was only but so short the speech could be. Also I noticed some did not like that certain information was included here but, I found it interesting to see the logs between the two parties and how the case against BlackJack was built. I think many times after the death of a crew leader we only hear the few events if any that occurred that led to that death but in this case I like that TsuDhoNimh did a good job of showing the build up to BlackJack's takedown. Not too often do we get a very detailed explanation as such. 

Secondly, Rest in peace to BlackJack and all who fell under him. I enjoyed nice conversations with this man so it would have been hard for one to convince me he was one to show little respect to others. But going back to my point earlier, I like this very detail explanation because now I see how TsuDhoNimh came to his conclusion. It would have been easy for him to just step into the streets and say he showed no type of respect so we off'd him, but instead he gave us his reasons to why it had built up to that point. As a annexed crew leader especially I found this vital as it would be a learning tool for me. 

Now as far as the actual happenings of the situation, I think we all can agree that respect matters. Especially in the position me and him shared. Respect to everyone means something different so I won't go into if I think he was respectful or not but I will say I personally would have tried to resolve the issues a different way.

Finally I don't know if there will ever be room for bragging about piggybacking off of people who were nice enough to allow you to work with them and potentially earn the same prizes they were working to get, but none the less Rest in peace my friend."

Roxie stops and listens about the yet more killings.  Knowing this little Goomba might be out of her league she still decides to speak up.

I also appreciate that TsuDhoNimh has bought much more than we have ever seen before to the table.  I have been listening very hard to try and understand all this.  This has been so complicated I pulled out a pen and pad to take some notes.

Surely SebasianSky was respectful when he couldn’t attend a meeting he wasn’t ranked for, but this could have been nip in the butt right there, but TsuDhoNimh had the right to habour it.

I haven't forgotten this, which is never a good sign.

Then you say this about a man you sentence to die.

This wasn't fully expected.

I'll be honest and admit Sebastian surprised me here. He handled it all excellently. Maybe I'd been wrong about him? He was prompt. Apologetic. Took ownership of it. All the things you'd want to see a good leader do in this situation. He'd improved his standing in my mind dramatically. A man I had very little knowledge of and to this point had low expectations of did a great job. Genuine understanding and regret. Genuine interest in the details and keen to get it all resolved quickly and then leave the finer details to his boss.

Perfect hand work there. For a man I'd had nothing but poor run-ins with previously, this was a breath of fresh air.

I’m just saying this to prove we need to give the New Frontier crew members a chance.  They are doing the right things to support their leaders.  It’s not their fault the leaders fall out of favour especially when one person thinks the CL “piggy backed” and another <Curtis> crafty.

It was stated that the mothering cities would go all out to ensure the New Frontier cities survive and prosper. They should want nothing more than to see them succeed. When I see all this killing it’s almost like killing for the sins of the father.  We’ve seen the New Frontier crews protected when the Boss who felt out of favour. Yet we have seen the crew killed for the mental disorders of the Boss.  Surely someone putting a bullet in their head is not wrapped to tight.  Now we see killing for almost personal reasons, only because it’s full with a lot of I’s and Me’s.  Evidently it’s sufficient reason for the CL ‘s demise, but does the entire crew need to suffer. If the falling out of favour is the result of the entire crew’s activities then that’s a different story.

CleanUp wraps up a lucrative drug deal. She proudly applauds the deal. Not bad at all for a roaming gangster. She is briefly startled by a disguised person who has their hands on her ass. She feels a warm breath in her ear for two seconds. A muffled voice asked, "Can I read?"  I reached for my gun and realized I am fresh out of ammo. The coward ran.

Hungry, I reached into my left ass pocket to see how much loot I had left. I pulled out some bills and a pink piece of paper. I headed to the infamous Nino's .I ordered a small taco pizza to eat in. 

While I awaited for my order I sucked up a Henry's Hard Grape Soda.  I glanced at the gay pink slip that appeared with my cash that asked me if I spotted TSU stating his MO is to shoot first but made the decision to reach out to his upper with the mindset to down sizing their opinion and advice.

A loud laughter erupts withing the walls of Nino's.

That note was gay! TSU may not be the best leader, but it did it ever occur to he was being passive/aggressive? Again, I say due to the current state of affairs being passive aggressive is not such a bad thing?

And if I hear one more time this falls under being in favour I will puke on you. Then kill you.

Sky yawns and looks over Holy Shit! there's still a crowd gathered there? its been a few days and people are still arguing over if it was right or wrong to have taken out an entire Family for the actions and discretion's of a few. He could understand the taking out of all those who had their buttons but the rest seemed like pointless killing. whether it was pointless or not it really didn't much matter, whining and crying about it would not bring back those who had fallen. Walking over to the crowd he could not help hear Tsu comment to Juuug, he stifled a laugh it was the best he had heard all day. 

Reaching the one and only TsuDhoNimh he looks around nervously normally so big body guard would have tackled him by now, tapping him on the shoulder he smiles as he turns around. Sky hands him one of his Chocolate pies as away of saying no hard feelings, with a tip of his hat he whistles and walks away from the crowd

This seems to be a recurring point, so let me make our stance clear and clear up a few misconceptions here....

When we get to a point that leaders think their actions won't have consequences? We're fucked.

When we get to a point that leaders think they can post bitchy notes attacking others and wander off into retirement without consequences? We're fucked.

When we get to a point that associates think they can be lazy shits, not earn their button and as a result earn immortality? We're fucked.

When we reach a point that people feel that if they fuck up it'll only be them that is hurt and not their friends, family or loved ones? We're fucked.

I don't want to be fucked. Or at least, not in a bad way. I'll do everything in my power to avoid it, again... when it's in a bad way. If I could have gone in and kicked over the potted plants too, I totally would have.

A leader made decisions. They carried out actions. The reactions were ours. We stand over ours, no problem. If you don't like it? Fair enough... we don't much care, to be honest. This isn't the boy scouts and we're not here to hold hands and sing kum-by-ya. Our actions make it far less likely someone else will make similar bad decisions. It will help keep people safe. It might wake a few up that they're in the mob and that the world isn't a fair place where everyone has a right to live. If your family cross one of ours, you can very quickly lose that right.

While it's unfortunate things had to end the way they did I'm surprised by the statements made here on this topic in rejection to the actions taken on BlackJack. I for one see no issue in the consequences that came to be given the long list of circumstances provided here. From the way it sounds he was given multiple chances and he just never really caught on to the proper way to handle things. So while it may have been an unfortunate ending I'm positive given the long-winded explanation that the decision didn't come lightly. This brings me back to my previous point of why I have no issue with this and nor should anyone else who has expressed their distaste with the actions that were absolutely necessary in this case.
