The club needs a good shake up from top to bottom. Kroenke needs to go, Wenger needs to go, the backroom staff need to go and about 3/4's of the players need to go. 

I wouldn't really understand the sacking of Conte to be honest. Personally, I think he's been a breath of fresh air to the Premier League. 

What I wouldn't give for a manager with similar passion and energy. 

It's probably fair to suggest that Arsenal need a refresh as I don't they have any chance of winning the league any time soon. Alexis Sanchez is off and I wouldn't be surprised if Ozil followed. Time to reset. Gut out the management team and start again so to speak.
