Not to jump on the bandwagon, but food trucks seemed to really be taking off. Jose and FuegoSteve joined in an entrepreneurial adventure.

They found a local junk yard that had put up a for-sale sign for an old food truck that was used and scrapped earlier that month. The truck was bare, white and nothing seemed new about it except for the tires. The tires didn't seem to have much use in them so that was a positive sign for the inside. Fuego climbed into the truck through the back door, and he was surprised of the brand new stove and deep fryer. He started going through the storage space to see how much 'product' they could store.

Fuego jumped down and was ecstatic about their new business.

A couple days later...

The truck was now painted in neutral colors to not cause too much attention; red, white, and green.

The truck, called Tacos El Fuego, boasts incredible home made salsa, smoked brisket tacos, and very special guacamole.

Once the truck started to build a customer base, Fuego and Jose realized they had the perfect gateway to make money in a different way. The business partners put word out in the community that a secret menu at the taco truck would contain not only a side of street corn, but the customer's desires in white powder. By ordering a smoked carnitas taco with extra guac, hold the lettuce, the businessmen were signaled that this customer was not indeed visiting the truck for a tasty snack.

"You may see Tacos El Fuego parked around The Strip, but remember what to order if you're looking for something special."

A small boy ran out to the streets. He was winded from running. Out of breath he was able to make his quick announcement...

"Eyyy amigos! Tacos El Fuego is now open for business in The Strip! Come and try our tacos!"

The young boy wasn't FuegoSteve but a messenger to tell the folks about his local business.
