To make matters worst you're in Godfather CrazyNine's family, the exact same city leader who not very long ago called out Chris_Vaughn for making sweeping statements and not being punished for it. The fact that you have done the same and haven't been fitted for cement shoes would lead one to question your Godfather's stance and put him in a rather awkward predicament, wouldn't you say so too?

Unless I completely misheard Mr. Marley, the part of his speech which you quoted doesn't mention rank at all. I don't do much (in the public eye at least), I don't talk much, I definitely eat a lot so for all I know he has written about me. Am I going to take offence to a statement which could've been made about me but I don't know if it was? No.

As far as I was aware, saying "some Capo talking about pickpocketing and trying to make a already made point" isn't insulting. Just pointing out the fact that people may have already made the same points he has in previous speeches.
