I never for a second suggested any change of this nature be put into practice on a live game. That would be a terrible idea.

I guess it depends on which way the Admins choose to go. After all, if they are to impliament a Maximum number of BG's per 48 hrs, its a simple matter to say that it will not be impliamented for another 45 days, allowing anyone on the game to be demoted and buy BGs and get promoted back to their previous rank.

I'd be 100000000000000000000% against any change that would leave accounts on one system alive vs accounts on a new system starting up. I'd guess, avoiding site-wide war which is rare, the majority of the big accounts now are still going to be alive in 45 days. A change like that would skew the balance even further.

Surely you can only be 100% against it, after all 100% by definition is the whole, or the maximum. To be able to give even 101% you'd have to expend all the energy you have available, plus extra that you do not.

I always find when people say they will give 110% they usually mean that they normally only give 9!% and therefore will give 100% this time around (rounded down to the nearest whole number of course) Are you addmiting that you normally only give 1 million trillion trillionth of 1%?

I like Nujabes suggestion for whatever BG cost is at point of highest rank obtained by that living account that's what they are from life to death or what not, but any sort of change like that now wouldn't be fair to new accounts.

IF a reset or anything were to come up one day, I would be completely all for this. Hell I'd prefer something like this:

Thug 5
Gangster 12
Goomba 19
Earner 28
Wise Guy 39
Made Man 55

Something of that sort, thus giving players bodyguards but not too many too early. I mean that's even a generous amount then maybe setting the BG cap to like 150 instead of biggest gun.
