My favourite food is not crazy at all. Spicy sausage and mortadella minced and then put into tomato sauce, mixed together with extremely finely chopped onions and garlic and then you add spaghetti al dente and a touch of olive oil.

Demi had a few favorite meals She began to think of the foods she really liked stomach began to rumble as her stomach was empty. She enjoyed Hamburgers, Hot wings, Pizza, and beef with vegetables stir fry or chicken chow mein stir fry. Demi rubbed her belly as now she really did it she spoiled her appetite in need to eat something now she decided it was time to visit her local Pizzeria.

Dreams of her mothers tartiflette...the smell the anticipation of eating it, the rumbling tummy's, the fights at the table to get the biggest portion...food really has emotional ties....

She heads over to the kitchen door, waving down TheChef to remind him of their amazing leader's affection for haggis.  Rosa couldn't understand the appeal, but being she adored Don Mattsr, she wanted to see to it his favorite dish was added to the regular menu.  She cleared her throat gaining TheChef's attention finally then handed him the recipe card she had painfully written the other night as her dear husband went into explicit detail of said ingredients.  Needless to say she lost her appetite that evening, so she didn't bother reading the recipe card out loud.  After handing the card over to TheChef, Rosa peered around the kitchen hoping to find something to lure her appetite back.

Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck (heart, liver and lungs); minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, traditionally encased in the animal's stomach, though now often in an artificial casing instead.

Tommo stood listening to the chef, his mouth watering at the mention of all the fine food. Except for maybe the last one.

"Hey, I have to mention this! I love a very thin steak rolled over spinach and parmesan, plenty of black pepper. Seal it and then cover it with tomato sauce. buon appetito!"

Salvadore waltzed into TheChef 's kitchen and saw RosaBellaCorti and Tommo leaving with huge grins on their faces. Thinking about he should add to TheChefs list he remembered his famourite dish

Well look Chef. I'm more into my Salmon. Pan-Fry it add your salt your seasonings a bit of spices and your good to go once you've topped it off with some lovely creamy garlic mayonnaise and garnish leaves sprinkled on top. Perfect finish. 

The thought of it started to make Salvadore hungry and wondered what Mattsr would bring to the table. Literally.

While I love food more than most, obviously. I can't help but wonder about your true motivations here. Are you attempting to fool us? Pick our brains, figure out our pallet weaknesses, use it to poison us?

Walking past the entrence to the kitchen, Mattsr was at first intrigued by the wonderful aroma that filled his nostrils but then very briefly overheard what sounded like RosabellaCorti and @Salvadorea amoung others of his family disucssing different kinds of food, including some from his homeland and decided to investigate further. Once inside the @TheChefs Kitchen he was amsued to find a few fair of his family members sitting about laughing and discussing food rather than working like he expected them to last time he seen them... Shaking his head at how so completely distracted they were to not even notice his presence, he lowered his body and crept over to where they they all sat. Popping his head up from behind the group he said

"Uhhhh as much as Rosa's idea of Haggis sounds amazing! I think I'll throw another Scottish delicacy into the pot for you all to consider. TheChef whip us up a pot of Cullen skink on the double!"

Satisfied with how they had all shit themselves at his appearance, he then started laughing at their expressions in response to his request and took up a seat at the table letting them all ponder what the hell such a brilliant sounding meal could consist of...

As the kitchen became increasingly crowded with more and more guests arriving along with family members, Rosa indulged in snagging a stool to sit on as everyone spoke about their favorite foods.  Seemingly out of nowhere, she heard his voice.  She smirked how a few of their members jumped slightly as if they'd been caught with their hands in the cookie jar, but she waved a hand at him then spoke.

"Don't you have a district to oversee Don Mattsr?  Gosh coming in here with more dishes with weird names enough to scare people from the kitchen.  And just what in the blazes is skink?"

She held up her hand then turned her head.

"Nope.  Never mind.  I dun wanna hear it!  I just got my appetite back."

She glanced back towards him as he came to her side, her teasing hazel eyes winked at her husband then whispered quietly asking what the hell was skink.  As he described the ingredients, and the preparations, Rosa decided to give it a try.  She glanced to Salvadore nodding that he was trying it as well, but he didn't have much choice in the matter.

"Perdonami.  Someone get Don Mattsr a stool per favore.  At his age he needs all the rest he can get."
