The days that followed the attacks had been chaotic to say the least. Buildings destroyed, mobsters and leaders lying dead left right and center. The whole town seemed to be soaked in blood. It had taken quite the effort to clean up. But as with all great cities, the survivors all pulled together and united in their effort to rebuild and renew. Once the funerals had been attended, people's attention turned from reflecting on the past to looking at the future.

The work had been intense and everyone had done their part. Buildings repaired, bodies cleared, blood washed, streets cleaned. The entire city looked spotless. Disorder looked at the new building he would call home. It was a fine headquarters, he was pleased as ever with the work. He stood in the street with Angy, Lillith, Kathryn, Prati and Kharon. They looked around at the gathered crowd buoyed by the free drink and substances. It would be a good day, a day for new beginnings and full of promise. The other Vegas leaders enjoyed some drinks while Disorder stepped forward to address the crowd.

"The last few days have been devastating for this city. The attacks saw us stripped of some of the finest mobsters the country has seen. Their loss can not be overestimated, the significance of their contribution to this city will never be forgotten. May they all rest eternally drunk and happy, soaked in sunshine and forever smiling."

He bowed his head for a moment before looking back up.

"This city is a wonderful, exciting, powerful, intoxicating place. We love it here and we have grand plans for the future. As with any great building, strong foundations must be laid so today we are here to announce the first steps in what should prove to be, a creative, entertaining and exciting future here in Las Vegas and indeed, the entire west coast.

First of all, I have moved my United family to The Strip and will assume the role of Godfather Chairman here at the heart of our city. This was generally accepted by the other leaders as a sensible place to start.

Secondly, Lillith will assume the role of acting Godfather in Paradise until such time as she can assume the role officially. I can think of no more a reliable and dedicated woman to take that post and I'm delighted she accepted my proposal. I look forward to her flourishing in that role as time goes on. 

Thirdly we will see FuegoSteve start his own family alongside Lillith in Paradise. He will be her primary auth and act as her Captain. Steve has done a lot of outstanding work in Paradise and performed heroically during the recent war. Again and again putting his unprotected life on the line to help our city survive. Articulate and enterprising, Steve is a tremendous earner with almost boundless potential and we are all delighted he accepted our offer of leadership here in our fine city. I look forward to seeing what his family contribute as we go forward.

Next I would like to also announce that MonsterHair will be setting up a family next to me here in The Strip. Every organisation needs it's different departments and different skill sets. While Steve will bring a huge array of talents to his production, so Mr Hair will deliver his specific skills to his. Though undoubtedly less public in his work, his specialist skills are immeasurable and his dedication to the cause is beyond question. I am very excited to see the Academy of murderous villains and scoundrels he produces. Congratulations to him and his new family Monsters University."

It was a lot of news so he gave the crowd a moment to absorb it all before getting into the final order of business.

"Now, to the final order of business. In an effort to expand the horizons of our operation, to help repopulate the country and in an exciting new business venture, I'd like to announce that Kathryn's RP Inc. will be moving to the vacant city of Los Angeles. There she and her team will take control of the movie and entertainment industries, and in conjunction with the entertainment hot-spot that is Las Vegas, help produce a series of regular events that will see the entire west coast totally revitalized. We have a great many plans for both cities and I believe the strong creative element of Kathryn's operation are the absolute perfect team to be in charge of the movie, TV and radio industries that have their heartland in LA. 

Kathryn is an outstanding mobster with unparalleled skill in her field. She's been nothing but a devoted servant to our city and I am very excited to see what she can do with this opportunity. We intend to work very closely together as time goes on and if half of the things we have so far discussed come to fruition, we are sure you will all me mightily entertained by the direction our two cities take."

He allowed a few moments for the crowd to take in the news, embraced Kathryn and shared a celebratory glass with the other leaders and new auths before turning back to the crowd.

"Thank you all for coming out here today. I would ask you take full advantage of the entertainment we've laid on, the cocaine and cocktails and the massive party we have planned. Also, please join me in congratulating the new auths and new appointments!  

We hope you will enjoy the future here in Las Vegas and LA. Our doors are always open, please come and enjoy our fine cities. Thank you for your time."

DonShaw realizing how many people need to be congratulated and how much time it would take in his current drunken state decides grab some paper and wood and write on it,

he holds up the sign that reads "Congartaltions to all" returning to his bottle of whisky drinking the last drops he passes out 

Hisoka was listening to his former Godfather give a speech in the streets of recent changes and updates up to come for the city of Las Veas and Los Angeles.

His eyes become aroused as he licks his lips hearing the great plans for the future. Continuing to listen Hisoka is greeted by one of Disorder's body guards who was tending to the crowd, offering and handing out cocaine along beverages to his guests. Shaking his head "no" and waving the guard away he looks over to see Disorder had ended his speech and was walking over to hug and congratulate his family.

Making his way through the crowd occasionally bumping into folks he gets to the center of the entertainment, clearing his throat he begins to speak.

"Even though I am very new to this city, I am still very pleased to hear this news today. I'd especially like to congratulate Lillith and FuegoSteve, it's been a pleasure getting to work with you both and the random chats within the headquarters. Also with Steve leaving the nest there will be a lot more bacon left on the table in the mornings.  I know you both will do great and look forward to helping build whatever dreams you guys have planned for this city."

Realizing he has nothing much more to say he scratches the back of his neck nervously as he tip toes his way back into the crowd.

Standing and listening to her Godfather speak she couldn't help but smile. In fact she was beaming. Regardless of the recent war and the struggles to deal with some less than happy about it Las Vegas was still standing and growing. That's what mattered most to her. After Godfather Chairmain Disorder had finished his speech she stepped forward to say a few words.

First off, congratulations Godfather Disorder. Your resilience has paid off. I know this was not in your plans, but hey. Role with it. Thank you very much for giving me the chance to lead the residents of Paradise into a new era. We lost a wonderful woman in SweetNothings and I can only hope to carry on her legacy as she would have wanted. You have shown me patience, understanding, and a willingness to listen to me since the day I graced your doorstep. Even though our bloodlines have walked these streets for more generations than either of us want to admit to they have never really worked together. Even though you barely knew me you gave me the chance to prove myself to you. We have gotten to know each other a little bit, if not a lot, better over the past couple of months and I feel I can now call you a friend. I have nothing but high regard for you and your decisions. 

She inhales deeply and exhales slowly as she collects herself and turns her gaze toward FuegoSteve. the pride in her eyes hard to hide.

Secondly, my FuegoSteve. You've made me so proud. I cannot say how much I appreciate everything you have done. You have proven you understand what family means. What it truly means. You have an amazing sense of humour and have no problems being bluntly honest with me. You've worked hard. You have a voice and you aren't afraid to use it. I am so proud to call you a member of my family. It's sad that I won't see you around The Agency as often as I would like, but I do hope that you will still pop by for the occasional cup of coffee and cookie from time to time after you get settled into your new digs. I'll be by for Taco Tuesday of course. 

Noticing MonsterHair getting antsy she tries not to laugh.

Good luck my dear! It makes me so happy to know that you will be heading up your own family. You most definitely deserve the honour, and stress, but mostly the honour of wearing the bold badge. Good luck and if you ever need anything you know where I am. Just don't take ALL of the cookies okay? 

Turning to look at Kathryn she smiles.

Kathryn, my darling, you are amazing. I cannot wait to see what you bring to Los Angeles. I know, without a doubt, that you will be nothing less than yugely successful in everything you do. You will be a tremendous leader for a fantastic city. Your talent knows no bounds. I will most definitely be darkening your doorstep from time to time. I really wish we'd had time to work together in Las Vegas, it's been a lifelong dream of mine. Good luck to you and yours. It'll be an exciting time for everyone I'm sure.

Having nothing else to say she smiles and scurries off to take part in the festivities before all of the cake is gone.

Lucy listened to Godfather Disorder and some of the other distinguished guest speak before clearing her throat slightly. 

"First of all, I want to offer my condolences to all those who lost family and friends in the recent war. It is never easy when we lose so many talented members of this thing of ours - however, the world moves on and we must move along with it. That being the case I am glad to see that other very talented members of our community are stepping up and being given the opportunities they deserve to shine and help our great cities thrive."

"First, Godfather Disorder, I am sure you will tire of hearing this at some point but congratulations on your ascension to the top of Las Vegas. I am sure the circumstances are not as you hoped they would be but I know that you with your leadership Las Vegas will continue to be a the wonderful hotbed of debauchery that we all know and love."

"@Lilleth, FuegoSteve, and MonsterHair, I, nor my previous employer Joe_Scalise, have had the pleasure to know you personally, however, I have heard enough about each of you to have no doubt that you will do excellently in your new positions. Congratulations to all of you and best of luck to you and your crews."

Lucy then turned and smiled widely at Kathryn.

"Don Kathryn, it is hard to truly express how happy I am that you are getting the opportunity to expand our operations to Los Angeles. You have done a wonderful job of leading our little band of misfits so far and I know that you will lead us to great things as we take over the streets of L.A." Lucy chuckled and added "I wonder if they people there know what's about to hit them?"

Demi stood in the crowd listening to The great godfather of Las Vegas as he began to give his speech. Demi a bit drunk from the long night at the bar, She nodded in approval as she agreed with the future of Las Vegas she knew only great things could come out of this, She was also excited to hear a new city opening up but gasped in surprise to learn it was her family being give the honor. She began to clap as hard as possible making loud noises and cheering on the godfather's speech.

FuegoSteve took a short break from working to attend the streets announcements. He knew the new appointments that were made were going to be beneficial to the West Coast of the country. He just wanted to send his respects and his gratitude for getting the opportunity to work along the notorious leaders already in Las Vegas.

 "I cannot express my gratitude enough to both Godfather Disorder and Donna Lilith for giving me this opportunity in the great city of sin. Las Vegas prevailed against the attacks and will continue to rebuild. La Hermandad will do just that and for you two to allow me amongst the reigns of leader, I thank you very much."

Fuego took a quick breath, trying to remain calm as he was still enthused about this great opportunity.

"To MonsterHair and the new leader of Los Angeles, Kathryn, congratulations to you both. I look forward to working along with you all."

Fuego stepped away and rushed back to getting his new headquarters into shape.

Kathryn stepped forward, nodding to Disorder and Lillith, as well as Lucy_Esposito and FuegoSteve.

Thank you all for the exceedingly kind words. I, and RP Inc., will do our best to live up to them.

Disorder, I particularly thank you for this opportunity. The entertainment industry has suffered, as of late, and I believe it could use a former hand on the wheel. I look forward working with you and producing exciting new works in this field.

Lillith, I look forward to seeing you on my doorstep. While I wish we'd have more time together in Las Vegas, our two cities will be moving forward in a close partnership- so you'll still have me around quite a bit.

Los Angeles is an exciting city, possessing a unique flair similar to Las Vegas that I hope to tap into. Expect to hear more specific plans as RP Inc. begins a new chapter- and accepts a new round of challenges. I, for one, am very much looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish- and I thank you again for the opportunity.

This is fantastic news. Thank you Disorder for bringing this to us all and thanks to all those involved for putting the incredible work in to make this happen. Las Vegas got hit hard in the recent war, so it's a real testament to the city that they have the strength and depth to take such a leading role in the rebuilding efforts.

Kathryn, you have earned the opportunity to lead a city with damn hard work, creativity beyond reproach and an intellect that is seldom matched. This world of ours can at times become associated with mindless click monkeys just pulling triggers and going through the motions of picking up payments from post offices, so it's a huge inspiration to see someone tackle our world from a different point of view and champion an entirely different set of skills which can still raise them to the very top of this thing of ours. I have every confidence that the West Coast is in incredibly capable hands and can't wait to see what it goes on to achieve in the future.

FuegoSteve, it's a great day to see you get this honor. We haven't had the opportunity to talk often directly, but even from across the wide geographical divide it was clear to see the work you had been doing over the last number of weeks. On the street corners, along with your brothers and sisters in Retribution and especially with your work during the war, you stood up to be counted at every opportunity. So many think the best way forward is to hang their heads and try and lurk in the shadows, but you've shown what can happen when someone is brave enough to aim higher and seek to stand out for positive reasons. Felicitaciones amigo.

Last, and by all means least, MonsterHair. No man has ever in my eyes worked harder or done more to help their families than you and your entire bloodline. Selfless, determined and loyal to a fault they have, without exception, been an inspiration to myself and many others like me. Not one for the limelight, not one for shouting from the rooftops or looking for attention, you epitomize all that is great with the true definition of old school mafioso. Doing anything and everything for your family without expecting a single word of thanks or action of gratitude in return. I'm truly ecstatic to see this day come and couldn't come close to putting the delight I feel into words. Well done old man, well done.  

Standing in the shadows Mr. Hair listens to Disorder speak. Nodding his head as the fallen are remembered he bows his head in a moments remembrance. Their importance was not lost on him having stood side by side with many of them for most of his life. In that moment he made a promise to himself they would be remembered. That his actions would be to honour them and to prove that this city will not be broken by those weaker than ourselves. With every bone in his body and magnificient curls on his head he will stop people from harming us like that again.

Stepping out into the light in his new suit, Mr. Hair stands beside Lillith, Disorder, Kathryn and FugeroSteve. Even though the new , shiny suit steals away some of the attention from his beautiful head, it feels right. It feels like a new dawn. One that cannot see us beaten by the bitter masses hiding in the shadows. Turning to address the crowd he looks at the faces looking back at him and realises the responsibility that he now holds. He sees the faces of the children he held now grown strong and ready to stand in the shoes of their parents. He knows he cannot fail them so taking a breath he feels a confidence he usually only feels right after a visit to the barber's. He addresses them with a new found belief that we cannot be beaten.

Thank you Godfather. Your praise is well taken. Your efforts for this city have been nothing short of legendary. Over the last week you have seen friends torn from your grasp and still stood strong to lead us out of these dark times.

I will stand beside you now in The Strip and hopefully repay all the faith you have placed in me. We can not, and will not fail those who gave their lives to defend us. I will stand true to their beliefs and make them proud once more. Not only that but I will ensure their offspring are given the same opportunity they were so they can live in comfort and safety.

What that means for those outside of the district and the rest of this City will become apparent in due course. My loyalty is to Disorder and those that choose to follow us. I will not allow my friends to be harmed in the way we have seen in recent times. I will work as hard as I possibly can to never allow it to happen again. As I know the others will.

Turning to those stood beside him, smiles and nods meet his words. Swelling with pride he shakes Disorder's hand, nods at the remaining three wishing them all the best in their future endavours. He blows a kiss towards TsuDhoNimh for his kind words and makes way to the dice tables. Responsibility starts tomorrow...

Pseudonym finally was able to make it out to the West Coast. The City of LV was the epicenter of the last mob war, Pseudo had lost some friends. But he also had other friends step up and take life by the horns as they say. Getting off his plane and on the way to the Strip where GodFather Disorder was giving the speech. Pseudo made sure he picked up some hair spray, a brush, some nice conditioner…an old friend was going bold. Pseudo knew he'd need these products, to deal with the stresses of the HQ life. Gotta look fab in the strip type thing. 

Pseudo arrived at the Strip and listened to GF Disorder keenly as the GF layed down his plans for the future of the city. Once the GF was done speaking. Pseudo walks over to the GF and gives him a hand shake and a hug. Its been a rough week for the mob business sir. Earnings are down, funeral are up, but were still here!!! A lot of persistence and resolve was expemplified this past week, none greater than yours. I Congratulate you on taking over the lead of the City as Chairman. He kisses the GF's ring and marches down the line to Don @Lilith. I have not had the opportunity to work with you yet. I do however look forward to working with you, as we expand the mob business further from coast to coast. GF speaks very highly of you. I am sure you will be up to the challenge. Congratulations Don Lilith on taking over as acting GF in Paradise. 

Next Pseudo notices GF Angy and gives her a kiss on the cheek and a hug. As he progresses to El Fuego Steve. He gives Steve a hug. Our forefathers have been around the same timeline before, I just dont think we have been able to collaborate much. Lets do that this time, I am sure we can organize some crimes and such. Friends from LV are always welcome in the big apple. Drop by the our stable every now and then. He Congratulates Steve on his new HQ as he meets and greets the rest of the LV mob in attendance. From Orange to MickDundee to Kathryn. As he walks up to Kathryn. He gives here a kiss on the cheek. What your HQ has accomplished in your time here in LV is quite extraordinary. Not many have been able to revitalize the Business Districts, like you and your men have been able to do so far. For that I congratulate you. And I Congratulate you further more on being named as the leader of LA. As GF Disorder pointed out in his speech, your HQ is the perfect mob setup to penetrate the city of LA. The expertise your family has shown will be key to making inroads into show business. I wish you nothing but the best of Luck in the city of angles. I look forward to watching movies sponsored by 'RP Productions'. 

Finally he gets to the most discreet mafioso of em all. This man's legend runs deeper than history itself. If the devil himself woke up one day and looked at this man in the eyes, he'd know he was no competition, he'd probably go back to sleep…and let this legendary man continue his domination of the mob order. Pseudonym walks up to MonsterHair and give him a big hug and hand shake. It about time old man. I know how many times a suit maker has been sent to your residence, only never to be heard from again. We were getting worried….about the suit makers! He chuckles. It gives me great pleasure to see you leading in the great city of LV. None has worked harder than you my friend, none more deserving of such an honor. This thing of ours is built on some core fundamental principles and you are an example of every single one of them. I wish you the best of luck as you take this new job moving forward. Congratulations old friend. Oh I almost forgot! Pseudo motions to one of his bodyguards to come forward and give him a nice leather brown bag, something that resembled a shaving kit. Look at all this beautiful hair, you may need this. He gives MonsterHair the bag and continues to meet and greet the rest of the mob in presence. 

Angy accepted the embrace of Pseudonym and made her way round the group, greeting Kathryn, MonsterHair, FuegoSteve, Lillith, Prati, Kharon and Disorder. It seemed like it was going to be a great party with everyone excited and talking at the same time. Smiling Angy decided to announce her presence, standing next to Kharon and MonsterHair she spoke:

"First of all, I'm filled with pride to watch and help Las Vegas become stronger. We needed new faces to continue the work of our beloved FitzChivalry. May God have mercy on that miserable drunken soul that we have all loved so much.

Disorder, you know how much I admire you since our first conversations when I was just an innocent girl who believed that the world was like a pink dream. Together we have survived several battles and had to face and some painful losses. Many take us for "dictators", "villains" and even "unfriendly", but in this world you have to harden your heart in some situations or you will never be strong enough to make the difficult decisions. It is because of this and various other reasons that I feel fulfilled by seeing you moving your operations to the The Strip and assuming the responsibility of guiding us into a prosperous future.

MonsterHair, I know it will be a great responsibility to help Disorder to reform The Strip and strengthen it again. You were always present, assisting FitzChivalry in what he needed and demonstrating devotion and loyalty to our city. I believe you have a great potential to build a strong and united family.

Lillith, you had a great loss throughout your journey and demonstrated to everyone how great and determined you are. In forming your family and honoring the premature death of Sweetnothings in this way, Paradise could not be in better hands. I'm anxiously waiting for you to attain your rightful Godmother title. Congratulations FuegoSteve for receiving Lillith's approval to start your own crew. I am sure along with making your own family grow, you will assist her whenever necessary.

Kathryn, I'm so glad you got the honor of spearheading our rebuilding project in Los Angeles. We both had some fights together along our way and you gained my respect and friendship over the time we've shared. You know that Las Vegas will always be an open heart to you and that this city will always be your home."

Looking around Angy noticed that his friends were thrilled and reminiscing about their various experiences. They were not always cheerful but they all helped to build character and strengthen each and every one. Signaling to Prati and Kharon they started to lead the others into the main hall where a celebration would take place to commemorate this memorable moment for Las Vegas.
