THE CONTEST OF HOLY SACRAMENT

The Gateway Spiritual Fellowship Church located in St Louis is hosting it's first competition! Due to generous donations and an ever growing following I have decided to hold a Story Competition open to everyone. One of the many obligations of our church is to provide penance to those who wish to confess their sins. The competition will be to find the person(s) with the most well written confession! All you have to do is post a confession of your sin(s) at the church by walking in and entering the confessional stand. There will be prizes awarded to a 1st, 2nd and third place entree's. The winners deemed by myself and the Preistess Ava_marie will be the most unique, well thought-out and interesting confessions. This is meant to be in Character and can pertain to any story your creativity level will allow.

The contest Starts on Saturday, May 22nd and will end 1 week from that date on Saturday, May 29th at 23:59 MR time. The winners will be notified and posted here in this thread.

 

 If you post a story in the St. Louis Church and wish to be entered in the competition, please send a mob-mail to: Alfonse stating that you posted.

1st Place winner will receive 5 credit's for your winning entree.

 

 

 

2nd Place winner will receive 500,000 dollars in MR money.

 

 

 

3rd Place winner will receive 250,000 dollars in MR money.

I apologize in advance for the spacing.

A question was asked if one could win more than one of the prizes?

• I will say that if there are 3 or more stories posted - then there will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner. If not, then the answer is yes.

• Only one story confession per person may qualify as a winner, regardless of how many you post. If you post more than one then you will have to choose one to be your official entry.

In character, posted.... I'm sorry, I'm very confused

Angelique walks away wondering if Alfonse has been at the sacred wine again

Angelique, In character means just that. You would go to the St Louis business (the church) and post a confession. (Story)... then MM me saying that you posted. Done deal!

Im confused... Are you an actor or a priest? Speaking of being in character in the streets should be left for the actors, alcoholics and the crazies, not the priests.

Brusty quickly puts on his news paper hat and follows Angelique hoping to spread the warning of how the radio will bring the end of days.

Alfonse sees people standing near the corner where he posted the announcement scratching their heads and asking weird questions. He approaches Brusty and gives him a note..

I am no preist, just a propietor Mr Brusty. The Preistess can be found at the Church.

Alfonse bid a good day to the chap and left.

Walking down the street Mango sees Alfonse speaking so he decides to go up and listen in. After listening he walks closer up to Alfonse.

"Hey Pal, I had a nice visit to your Church the other day. I will try my best to drop in and post something for this. I will let you know if I do though when it happens. I really liked it there so you should be seeing more of me when business brings me that way."

Mango shakes Alfonse's hand and then turns to walk down the street

After listening to Afghanmango, Alfonse looked again at the announcement and noticed he had spelling errors. It seemed the restaraunt business had taken it's toll on him. He scratched out the word entree and replaced an "entry" above it!

Shaking his head - he thought to himself he needed to lay off the wine for a while as he turned and strolled off.

I think, Angelique and Brusty, that the man was simply saying that all stories must be told in first person, and that you should inform him once you have posted that hand-written confession up on the wall of the church.  Possibly in the confessional.  He may not have picked the best phrases to express this, but that is the way that I understood it, anyway.

I will definitely join in, Alfonse, whenever I can next make it to St Loo.  Look forward to it.

Alfonse pulled up to the street corner and pinned a note to the contest flyer that hung from a lightpost near a dark alley.

Just a reminder to anyone who is interested in winning the near 2 million in prizes offered for the top 3 confession stories posted at The Gateways Spiritual Fellowship Church in St Louis.

The contest ends tomorrow night, there's been several people enter but only 3 can win so visit the church before 23:59 Saturday night for a shot at a prize!

Winners will be judged on the following Sunday and notified no later than Monday.
