At the moment, as far as I can see, when a JB happens, all the inactive mobsters get put in jail. 

How about if there is a crackdown, everyone in the city, including the person initiating the jailbreak, goes to jail?  In times of war this could lead to strategic decisions being taken.  OK - their hitters would be in jail - but so would yours.  Not sure about coding, but possibly making it random, only 75% of active players going inside, so people can get broken out?

Personally I don't like the idea. Sorry but it could create massive problems, maybe your half way through a post that took like 15 minutes and it was "AWESOME!" and then when you click post it says, "You can't post when your in jail". Sorry but it could cause some issues among some of the players.

To be honest, anyone dumb enough to type something for the game, IN the game deserves to lose it. All too often Kizzy and myself have lost massive posts to threads because of the damn petty or felony timer. It's just as easy to write it in notepad/word, but nonetheless it would cause a massive problem.
