Reggie steps off the plane and takes a deep breath, ‘The city of brotherly love’ - Philadelphia a city he loved to visit, though something was off but he wasn’t sure what, flagging down a taxi he knew exactly where he wanted to go “Take me to the Old City District friend”. He licked his lips and dreamed of that special feeling, the scrumptious taste..onion,peppers, mushrooms, cheese, steak, damn he was about to explode, all excited and in a rush Reggie throws $200 at the cab driver for a fare worth $2 but it was all worth it, he dived out of the taxi and come to an immediate halt.

“ What the fuck is this shit” Reggie muttered to himself in a confused but slightly aggressive tone, he turns to the taxi driver who still couldn’t believe the amount of money he just received “ driver what the fuck is going on here”, The driver equally confused glares at Reggie before stuttering a few words “gone..it’s all gone” the driver takes off at great speed in fear that he would ask for the money back.Philly had become a ghost town, a depressing dreary backdrop of what was once a thriving town, the biggest problem of them all was that Reggie could not feed his ever growing waistline, he knew actions must be taken.

Reggie heads towards a pay phone, to his surprise it was still working (Not likely), he dialed instigators HQ where Scarlett answered, “Is that you scarlett, don’t speak I need Mr_Cat and Falcone on the next flight to Philadelphia” He hangs up the phone with great haste and looks around the nearby streets, he had vision in his eyes and knew exactly what to do next.

Some time later Mr_Cat and Falcone turn up in the city of Philadelphia only to be greeted by Godfather Reggie, he had a look about him he was more spunky than usual turning to the pair he asks them “What do you see” Turning to each other confused and unsure of what to say, “ I see a project, I see a new Philadelphia under the watchful eye of myself and the rest of NY, In fact the whole world! I want you two to make Philadelphia great again! What do you say?"

Falcone was standing next to cat and he look at her for a moment in shock then looked back at Reggie. He froze for a second trying to gather his words together and before he would say something stupid to his dear friend and boss. “I-I-I-I would love to help make Phildelphia great again. He put his arm around Reggie and looked around the empty city. “I can make Phildephia great again by bringing back resturants and make Phildephia a bright and beautiful city like it used to be. So in Short...I would be honored to help rebuild the city.” He gives Reggie a bow and continues to look around and imagining what it would look like if he was helping to rebuild it. He began to twirl around like he was a beautiful butterfly.

Mr_Cat was chasing mice when he received that call from Scarlett . She had said something with the words "Philadelphia", "set up" and "Falcone ". As he still wasn't very good at the English language, he didn't fully understand her - but at least he had understood the meaning of the message.

"I will be there right meow," he had said on the phone and taken the next flight to Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, with Falcone . A city which continued to bring back memories of his past ancestors, and he was sure this was going to be great. It was going to be one of the greatest oppurtunities in his life! If not the greatest!

As he finally made his way to Philly, he was greeted by Reggie who stood there with open arms as if he was giving the whole place to them. Mr_Cat had been looking forward to this day. 

"Thank you so much for this oppurtunity, Reggie . You know how much it means to me, and I am certain we will make Philadelphia great again. We won't let you down!"

Parts of that message were pronounced in weird ways, some with more meowing than actual words. But English was a tough language to learn when you were just a cat - that was for certain. 

"I would also like to thank The Instigators - and the rest of New York for that matter - for all of the crimes and all of the fun. I couldn't have done this without you guys, and I know that I'm gonna miss you. Please do remember that I am only one message away."

With that said, Mr_Cat went off and set up his own family, Nepeta Cataria - knowing that he could make it an even better place.

Dominick walks through the crowd, a smile curling at the corners of his lips as he grew aware of the news. A pair of New Yorkers were to move to Philadelphia to set up shop! Expanding the influence in This Thing of Ours. It was a great day!

Congratulations Mr_Cat and Falcone , I can't wait to see This Thing of Ours sink roots into Philadelphia again. Best of luck to you both! 

Hisoka makes his way through the crowd, pushing and nudging folks out of his way while holding onto a red balloon. As he reaches the two newly promoted leaders he slightly cracks a grin before handing Falcone the balloon he had brought.

"Never to old for balloons eh?"

He begins to chuckle before digging into his pocket revealing a can of sardines. Clicking his tongue he calls over Mr_Cat before kneeling down and opening the can. Standing up he begins to clear his throat before licking his lips looking over at the tasty sardines being nibbled at.

Congratulations Mr_Cat and Falcone! It's truly great seeing Philadelphia's doors opening up once again to new mobsters, bringing life back to the city. I'm looking forward to my next visit into town sight seeing the changes and newly opened business's. I wish you both the best of luck in this transition.

Falcone and Mr_Cat both were good friends of Niko and both were moving down to Philadelphia. Niko started to tear up about his friends leaving the city. All three of them would sometimes rent a room at the Plaza hotel invite some escorts over and have some "fun". Other times Niko and Falcone would chase Taxi's across the city and every now and then he'd help Mr_Cat down in the subway hunt for some rats. He understood why they had to go Philadelphia was empty and it needed them still Niko would miss them.

"Congratulations to both of you. Well deserved this is a great day for the future of Philadelphia and I'm sure that both of you will build it into something special."
