TheSandman gets out of his car and stretches his aching muscles after the long drive to the abandoned warehouse where he has set his sights, Riley and Bill step out followed by Geoff. Geoff stands and look unamused as he was always, the most serious out of Sandmans most trusted. He stands looking up to the building that his grandfather once called his home. Sandman looked at Riley and his shoulders slumped as he knew what was going to happen he was going to be doing up yet another building for his boss. Bill stood idle with a grin creaping accross his face as Riley walked towards the door and kicked it through.

Geoff i want you to go get him its time.

Sandman stood with Bill as Riley began taking things out of the warehouse throwing broken pieces of wood into the street and throwing away old shell casings from bullet thats were fired into the HQ when STL got taken out during that war where sandmans grandfather died. As the sandman turned he saw Geoff followed closely by SINGER who didnt know why he was summoned to this abandoned warehouse as he saw TheSandman he saw the smile creep slowely along his face 'follow me' the sandman said before walking into the warehouse stepping over the mess on the floor and heading to the top office as they arrived sandman sat at the front of the desk and asked SINGER to sit at the head of the desk and began to speak

SINGER we have been in the same crew now for a long time now and when i headed this organisation you couldnt do enough for me anything i asked you done without question and i'am very greatfull for all the work that you have done, and that seat you are sat is yours as i want you to be my captain. You of all people deserve this honour more than most in my crew and thats why you have been summoned here today. Your work as a SCL and also as a friend has always been very reassuring to me and thats why im allowing you to make a new branch of the Devil's Nightmares.

TheSandman stands up and throws a set of keys towards Singer and smiles 'good Luck my friend Riley will help you as much as he can just send him back when he is finished' Sandman heads out through the door takes one last look at the building and jumps back into his car and heads back home

Serotonin's car pulled up followed by trucks loaded with all the material needed to fix SINGER's headquarter up. The driver of Sero's car jumped out and rushed to the back opening the door letting a few of Serotonin's closely trusted bodyguards than the godfather himself exited the car. The crowd of men walked over to SINGER Sero emerged from the crowd to shake his hand.

"When I spoke with TheSandman the other day he had brought up your name to be his captain. The second he said it I smiled and told him I agreed one hundred percent that he couldnt have picked anyone more deserving to fill the role. You have served not only Sandman but all of St Louis from the time you were a Sub Crew Leader in my own crew."

Serotonin whistled as the rest of his bodyguards jumped out of the trucks that were following his car. The split up and began unloading building materials while others started the rebuild with the rest carrying in office supplies.

"I have brought my men here to help you get this place in order." Serotonin said as he stepped back as two men walked by carrying a big desk past the men. "I have complete faith that you will do an excellent job as Sandman's captain. Congrats my friend."

Serotonin stepped back as he watched the place come together.

Congratulations SINGER! It's very exciting to see you take a place among the greats of St. Louis and I know you will do a great job.

Tommy stands amongst the members of his family a smile on his face, followed by a sense of pride. Tommy listens carefully to those who have spoken before him smiling and nodding in agreement. finaly he turns to Singer he smiles and says.

Brother, today marks a new chapter in your life, I can't tell you how proud I am to see you receive such an honor. I know when I first heard of this, I knew right away you would be perfect. You have always been a model member and a great friend and brother, and I believe that is what I am going to miss, what all of us will. But alas we know you are not that far away. I know you will do our boss proud and all of your brothers proud. Rejoice my brother for today is your day. Salute

Tommy smiles imbracing his brother in a hug stepping away he looks at the man and claps.

Damn! Mighty impressive. I'm happy for you Singer, and for St L.

No better leader could come to mind for St. Louis, congratulations brother, I'm sure you'll do your city proud.

Congratulations SINGER, I am very happy for you and extremely proud. I knew you would always reach great heights and I'm not surprised one bit to see you get this honor. I know you will make TheSandman proud and represent the city of St. Louis well.

Tony walks over to his friend and gives him a hug. "Congratulations again. I know you will be busy so I will leave you to your business. All the best." Tony turns back around and gets into his car. He gives SINGER a wave as he drives off.

Singer stands amongst everyone shaking their hands and Giving hugs and Finally decides to say something.

I remember first starting out in this, this thing of ours. Back in New York under Crazynine Under Mux. I remember all that i was supposed to do and one thing that to this day just makes me smile is i said i would achieve what no other person in my ancestory line had accomplished. You know I dont really know how to say thankyou I mean I have been trying to find the words for a while now because this is more than a dream come true this is a goal a burning desire i had.

Singer sits back and looks up

Godfather and Boss, Serotonin and Sandman My brothers along with Haydubs I will make you proud. And to all of St. Louis I love this city Thank you all for your support. To my friends In Philly my brothers there and my sisters I look forward to working with you. To my family and friends in New York of where i started Thank you for always giving me an example.
