Allright so I was thinking...What If we had a bank that we could loan money from? Like for instance....I just Lost my Life savings in the casino and I want to Borrow some money to like buy some drugs or a DFP or something like that. Then we could Borrow from the bank and Pay Back with Like 10 percent interest or something?

Problem #1 The Newbies that just started might start borrowing huge amounts of money and getting BG and whatnots

Possible sloutions: A limit can be imposed based on your rank? Like Civvies can only borrow 10,000 and Like GodFathers Can Borrow up to like 10,000,000,000 or whatever

Problem # 2 People dont payback

Possible Solutions: If you used the money to purchase a DFP or a casino then it can be repossed until such time when you can pay the bank back with 20 percent interest instead of 10

I cant currently think of anyother problems right now...but Im sure you guys will :)....Im not too sure about what type of Coding would be involved or whatever but Its Just an Idea.....Questions? Comments? Threats? Bribes? (thats what my teacher used to say to us)
