Santos sat in the office with Godfather Borkers, Godfather Reggie and Mattsr discussing all the recent controversy, and the bodies of the departed that returned with hatred for the Fraternity of the United.  People really didn't realize how close knit the group really was.  He knew something was missing. As he stood up from his chair Santos looked at Reggie..

"We need new blood. There needs to be another family to fill our city."

Reggie acknowledged, "Santos there isn't anyone right now, but Niko.."

"Agreed..It's his time Godfather.  He's served the Frathouse with loyalty, honor and dedication. He's sacrificed more than most will ever know. Niko has always put Family first."

Santos called Niko into the warehouse.  As Niko arrived, he knocked on the door of the office, and said, "Boss can I come in?"

Reggie stood up, and opened the door.  Niko stood there shocked that their Godfather was present, and opening the door to the family office.

Niko approached the circle the men were sitting in cautiously.  Santos stood up, and asked Niko to take his chair, so Niko sat down.  Reggie went back to his chair, and took a playboy out of his jacket pocket.

"We were just talking about you Niko. You've done a lot for us, and we've taken notice.  It's time for you to start to care for our district as much as you have my family. Let's go across the street; I've something to show you."

The gentlemen stood up then made their way across the street.

"Nice building eh Niko?"

"I really hope you'll care for this as much as you have for mine."

They stood there talking for a bit as Niko stood in shock.

Niko woke up and found his bosses bodyguard right next to him.

"Get up. The boss wants to see you."

He had no idea what was going on and how he managed to get inside his apartment. He managed to get dressed and got into a car that was waiting for him outside. Niko had no idea what was going on why did the boss want to see him and why send did his bodyguards? Maybe this was it for Niko if death was waiting for him he wasn't afraid he knew that in this life death was always around the corner. The car slowed down and stopped in front of a building.

One of the men opened the door for Niko and he stepped out well if they wanted me dead they'd have done it by now he thought. Niko entered the building and made his way up the stairs and knocked on the door of the office. Someone opens the door and he sees Santos, Borkers and Reggie all sitting down.

"We were just talking about you Niko. You've done a lot for us, and we've taken notice.  It's time for you to start to care for our district as much as you have my family. Let's go across the street; I've something to show you."

All four men walked across the street to another building.

"Nice building eh Niko?"

"I really hope you'll care for this as much as you have for mine."

Niko couldn't believe it he was getting a crew of his own to run. He didn't know what to say Santos took him under his wing and gave him a shot he saw something in Niko that many other people didn't not many do that for a guy just off the boat like himself.

"I-I don't know what to say...I'm going to build something here something that generations from now will look back on and be proud of."

Upon hearing of a new greatness soon to be bestowed upon the fine city of New York I_32_I hops into a cab and rushes over to his buddy Niko

"It's great that your potential has been realized and I look forward to aiding in the building to further build with you on this fine city of new York! I'm sure there will be a great time had by all"

I_32_I extends his hand to Niko as they shake hands I_32_I pulls out a brass hip flask for a toast to this new venture for Bellic & Bellic Enterprises

Zeus quickly appears.

"Just here to congratulate Niko in his accomplishment, Good luck in this task. I will watch over you if you'd like from Mount Olympus."

Zeus dissapears, leaving a trail of lightning behind.

It was getting dark and it was time for Forest to go to town to learn the latest news. He got out of his house, took his best friend colt and hopped into his new vehicle. That's right, he had gotten himself a new car trying to compete with Pseudonym . He was a long way off but he believed he would get there one day. He went into a bar and heard the latest news about another man to be handed the responsibility of a leader.

He went over to the old warehouse which was now under construction and had already begun to look like a fortress. He went in after getting controled and leaving his gun at the door and went inside. He found Niko at his new office and started saying:

"Hey man, you most likely don't know me but one man that i was related to knew you and would like you to have this." - Forest handed over a 40 year old whiskey that he had saved for special occasions. 

"Also i would like to congratulate you on this new task that has been handed over to you. I wish you best of luck and i hope you will do great!"

Harvey listened as -Santos- gave his speech and people congratulated Niko ... he decided to stop by and say something himself.

"Congratulations and good luck Niko, based on the short time I have spent in this city and things I have heard I can't think of anyone who deserves this more."

Catching word of the newly authed family in the great city of New York, Soulboy sips on a strong whiskey to kick start his day. Knocking back that last bit of whiskey and downing a coffee chaser he finally felt ready to head out into the streets and face the day.

This is wonderful news to hear, and a great decision Godfather Reggie and Santos. Niko is an excellent choice and I am sure he will do this city proud. I hope you remember what these two great men have taught you Niko and take on their knowledge and advice and pass it on to your own family. Enjoy the new HQ and I am sure you will be a great success.

Having made his speech, Soulboy waves down a cab, jumps in and gets ready to go about his daily business.
