Mr. Hair listened to his old pal announcing his venture to the Windy City. When the old geezer was done talking, Mr. Hair stepped forward, politely smiling at the various ladies that were yearning for him.

"Good evening everybody.

First of all I would like to thank Disorder for giving me the opportunity to expand my business to the beautiful city of Chicago. We have worked together for a long time now and although it saddens me that we shall be parting company within Vegas, a place where I made my bones and have a great love for, it is also an honour to be chosen to take on this challenge and open up a new chapter for the Monsters University. I am very fortunate to be working alongside some truly excellent people over here in Chicago. I am certain that both Prati and FuegoSteve will be a massive part in bringing this city back to its former glory."

Mr. Hair gestures for two young gentlemen at the sidelines to join him.

"Since I have taken over the position of Godfather here within The Loop, it is time for someone else to support me as an Underboss and take on the bulk of my crew. That someone will be young Gaston here, who will be setting up his organisation called the "Charming Men" in the near future.

Secondly, I wish to enable my family to further grow and flourish and have decided it is time for another young fella to start his own business within this lovely district. That someone will be Malachai, who will be setting up his "Exiles on Mainstreet" next to Gaston.

I am very excited to see these two outstanding mobsters expand our operations here and know they will do me proud."

Let us know when the crowd roars.

She notices a lack of garlic stench in her office. No smell so sweaty feet. No voice whining at her reminding her of nails on a chalkboard. Ahhh, life without Malachail was amazing so far.

I just wanted to say congratulations to yourself Mr. MonsterHair and your district. I am sure Gaston will do a fantastic job. I would also like to thank you for relieving me of Malachai. It's like a tonne of bricks has been lifted from my shoulders. I'm sure those that reside in the boarding house above The Agency will be appreciative of it as well.

She looks at Malachai and smiles...

It's so good to get you out of here, I mean see you getting a chance that you have earned. I'm sure you'll do Chicago proud. I am also positive that LaceyGodreaux and America will keep you in line. Congratulations hun, you deserve it.

As Monster finishes his speech the crowd that had mustered begin to roar!

Saitama finished hitting up some good sales nearby since making his new place in Chicago he managed to finish up and catch the tail end of the bosses speech. People gathered to offer their support and recognition along with the other fair changes to the city. He made it through the crowd and watched as everyone finished up speaking.

Congratulations Godfather, look forward to the many great days here in chicago, its already off to a speedy start! Congrats to everyones new accomplishments and looking forward to Chicago being immensely prosperous.

bobbi couldn't help but smile as she listened to the Godfather Chairman of Chicago. She knew situations like this wasn't situations he was overly fond of. Standing in front of people speaking. He was more of a let your actions speak for you kinda guy. Which she loved. 

Even though she had been in the loop before the announcement she couldn't help but smile when the Godfather Chairman let everyone in on the news for what the near future held for The Loop. Gaston was a young man she held great respect for. She knew he would make a good job in helping The Loop and Chicago transform into the hub that it should be. 

Malachai was a new acquaintance for bobbi though. They hadn't done much business together in the past. But being the lovable person she was bobbi was sure they'd get along great. And if the rumors was true this was going to be a great addition to the city as well. 

"This is exciting times. Well deserved everyone. This is exactly the kind of opportunity every low life like us is looking for. Let's make Chicago great again."
