This morning after a long night, Niko finally managed to get the best contract in the city. He took a couple of guys from the city planning department out for a nice night on the town.  They had a couple drinks then met a couple of girls, so they pretty much had a night to remember. One thing they didn't count on was Niko using that night as blackmail. He had hired a private investigator to follow them around that night, and take pictures.  Most of the men were married, and had wives and families, so none of them wanted them to find out their secrets.  If the family thing didn't work out, he could go straight to the newspapers, and there would be a huge scandal causing them all lose to their jobs.

With the boys in City planning in his pocket now, Niko could finally start his new venture, 'Bellic & Bellic Enterprises'. He was standing outside an abandoned building with a construction crew in the Upper West Side. He was planning to tear it down then turn it into a new building with new residental opportunities, with more coming soon around the city.

"Today is a great day.  This marks a new era in this great city. This is the first project for Bellic & Bellic Enterprises, and on this very site we will build one of the most beautiful buildings you will ever see in this city, and there will be more to come!"

Niko Smiled as he saw a nearby sign.

He wiped a tear from his eye as he realized his dream was finally coming true.

AlbertoTomba stepped up to Niko and patted him on his shoulder.

Congratulations, man. I want to wish you the best of luck, I am sure you will be a great and hopefully long-lasting Crew Leader. I know you will have excellent support of our former crewmate I_32_I. Although I am sad to see him leave, I am happy he will be your help.
