Singer walks out to the street from a local area in St. Louis. He smiles at his friends and family members.

First off let me apologize for taking so much time to address all of you. Second i would like to say thank you to those who did pay their respects when TheSandman Authed me. I appreciate it.

Singer looks over at his young brothers.

Right now the crew is quite small, But i expect us to flourish and become as close as actual family. With Palladino as My Right hand i believe we can go on to do great things in the beautiful St.Louis. With Lefty as my new Left hand i find him capable of holding down the crew while im not around. I have great brothers Like Crez who earns more than i can count up to and Will who drives me everywhere. I have John who always asks if he can help out in any way and Tony Alacchi who since i have started this thing of ours his father has been a friend of mine. DBrasco and Rabbid rabbit i expect they will go on to do great things.

SINGER begins to laugh

I need to stop bragging about my brothers and get down to the point. Under Godfather Serotonin, Under TheSandman, and Next to HayDubs lies a new family. The Devils Legends. So dear friends Just the fact that you stood here to listen is more than an honor to me. Now If anyone would like a drink or some food come in and join me ill be drinking my water but your drinks will be on me. Thanks for your time brothers and Sisters God bless you and those you love.

SINGER walks down to the Local Bar.

Achelous walks over and shakes SINGER's hand. Then he pulls out a cigar and lights it and takes a puff. Then with cigar in hand he congratulates SINGER.

Congratulations on your family SINGER, you have always been a great friend and I will always think of you as a man of respect. We go way back and I know this is a very much deserved Auth. I wish you and your family and even your city, the best of luck.

Tony walks up to Singer with a friendly smile, hug and handshake.

Congratulations Singer. ST. Louis is lucky to have you helping to keep it safe.

Reckless has been wandering around the streets aimlessly and caught the sound of a powerful voice off in the distance. He begins to walk towards it and finds SINGER making his announcement. After SINGER finishes and steps down, Reckless applauds.

"Congrats SINGER, and good luck to you in the future."

Prophet walks up to SINGER and shakes his hand, "St. Louis is lucky to have you man. Good Luck!" Prophet (to SINGERS surprise) gives SINGER a big hug and yells out, "SINGER! The devil's legend! Bane of the FBN! Congratulations, if I could get the cubans man I would... but I can't, so I hope these are just as good, I hear there even better! But each to their own I guess..." Prophet smiles, and gives SINGER a box of cigars from the Dominican Republic, and walks off muttering how everybody wants Cubans nowadays and why no one can't accept that there are other cigars out there too! Prophet laughs and walks to the nearest pub he needs a drink after the ordeal with the cigars...

Congrats SINGER,,I know you will do your city good

Crez walks into the bar, Looks around for a bit...and approachers the man and kisses his hand, "Fresh cigar just for you, smells nice too.", with his permission crez walks away and mingles.

Marco heads to the bar with a huge smile on his face thinking about all the stories his father had told him about his and SINGERS exploits, "If only my father had been around to see this day he would have been so happy" Marco thought to himself.

Upon entering Marco ordered a double bourbon and made his way over to SINGER, "great to see you finally make it my friend, Reggie would have been so proud, i wish you the best of luck with your'e family".

Congratulations to you SINGER. I can't wait to start working with you and helping the great city of St.Louis. I know you'll do great things for the city and you have very much earned this Auth.

Millie walks over to SINGER, half hugs him with a pat on the back

"Brother, brother, brother... well look at you!! I am so proud!" Millie smiles

"Congratulations Sweetheart. This is well deserved and I know you'll do a fine job indeed. Drinks on you? Great, I'm there!!"
